Cafe Chardonnay is one of our favorites, especially for the duck. Three of four in our party had the duck and loved it! I had the jumbo shrimp over pasta and was disappointed. It lacked real flavor, particularly salt and garlic. I wasn't offered fresh pepper nor grated cheese. Because the other three diners were so happy, I didn't say anything but should have. Overall - we had a wonderful evening with wonderful friends and will return again.

The best of the best in Palm Beach county. Been there since 1986 and has never faltered. Do yourself a favor and go here and you will be pleasantly surprised how great it is!

We were seated upstairs at a tiny table next to a large piece of furniture and right next to where the wait staff passed through. I think every server raced by our table every 30 seconds. There was also an ice bucket six inches from my chair that the servers had to constantly access for wine or sparkling water. it was stuffy and very loud. The food was average at best but the overall dining experience was awful, especially at this price point.

What is sheer delight to step into this venue. What's the superior wine list. Great selection of foods. One of the best lobster bisques i've ever tasted and service is impeccable. This is the place to go in, Palm Beach Gardens ??.

The food was delicious but the fact that we were subjected to an obnoxious woman sitting at the bar beside us who was foul mouthed, loud and spoke on her phone through our entire dinner ruined the evening. She then had the nerve to comment that our daughter was “bratty” for complaining. Her language was composed of more four letter words than any individual should know. It’s reasonable to assume that for a special evening out (or any evening out) that you will not be subjected to the obnoxious behavior of other loud, rude patrons. As a fine dining establishment Cafe Chardonnay should have some standards for the behavior of their patrons. Talking loudly, using foul language while being seatedin close proximity to others at the bar is unacceptable. Very disappointing. Spent a lot of money and our evening was ruined.

The food was amazing!!! The place is beautiful. However, we were seated upstairs, and the noise was unbearable. We couldn't hear one another talk. The ceiling is some type of tin and does not absorb soubd

We requested a a quiet table as we had hearing impaired people and they accommodated us in a very quiet outdoor table. Our server, Carolyn was outstanding. She was attentive, without being overbearing and was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and interesting.

Every thing was perfect, the food the service and I cannot forget about the surprise dessert we received for my wife's birthday, it was really delicious, and a place to return to.

Food is always exceptional and as always the elk chip rare did not disappoint. One beef- the octopus appetizer typically comes with calamari. Our waiter announced this time that they were out of calamari and it would be only octopus. It was the same price and came with just one piece of octopus, very disappointing. Not because we wanted the calamari so much but same portion of octopus at same price.

Ordered the Cauliflower and beet appetizer. Fine but way way overpriced for a few little pieces of above ridiculous. Materials cost zero. Put more on the plate. Felt robbed.
