If I could give this place more stars I would, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door all the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food was fantastic not a single dish I didn’t enjoy everything was cooked to perfection. It was my first time at a capital grille and I definitely plan to come back!

We celebrated our anniversary here and everything was great: ambience, service, and the food was delicious. The complimentary dessert was wonderful and i enjoyed the roses presented to me at the end of our dinner.

Capital Grill is not cheap but you do get what you pay for. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was outstanding. Ambiance makes you feel like you are really out at an authentic steakhouse.

Capital Grille is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their salmon. However, when I order the salmon this time,they changed the recipe. It was not noted on the menu. Our server Maureen let me know that and was very accommodating and got me a vegetable that I could eat. Maureen is the sweetest most efficient server. She is one reason why we go to capital Grille.
Consistency in service and quality of food anywhere I visit. Their steaks are excellent as are all of the side dishes.

It was a birthday dinner Nice table with birthday confetti. Service was wonderful, no pressure to order. Enjoyed the food, great steaks and wonderful appetizers. Pricey but you don't go to Capital Grille for a bargain. Our go to steak house but the seafood is wonderful too!

Wait staff spread too thin. Previous experiences at other Capital Grill locations was spot on. That's why you go — you know they do it right. This time we spent too much time trying to find our waiter. One of our streaks was not cooked properly- when it was brought to the table and I acknowledged it was not cooked properly- the response was “I don't know how u asked for it to be cooked” - sorry but this is a steak house. They have one job. Know the order and get it right.

The Capital Grille is the most flawless of any restaurant group. PBG is always a great experience! My steak au poivre was completely finished as I was enjoying every bite! Grilled and seasoned with great flair! Our service is always professional and friendly with care!
