“Nice restaurant doesn't live up to expectations. Beautiful but cramped outdoor setting, eager to please but inexperienced service, and inconsistent (ranging from poor to exceptional) food. Raw oysters were dry without brine-didn't seem to be freshly shucked. Signature chicken dish was excellent. Quality of ny strip steak seemed less than top notch, not as good as prior meals, but they likely changed in order to keep the same price. Tarte Tatin was out of this world! Stingy pours on wine; seems they switched to coupe glasses for martinis to reduce amount of gin. Warn friends about inconsistency before taking them there.“

“Stunning courtyard, beautiful ambience, great food- service was lacking a bit, but it was over all a great experience. The staff was a bit rushed, impersonal, and didn’t feel like there was much training- but the food is delicious and the courtyard is a beautiful atmosphere. Would recommend, but they could improve the service standard. The duck is fantastic!“

“Delicious dinner last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the duck confit and the Arctic Char special . It was our first time at LaGoulue and we were impressed with the excellent and friendly service. We look forward to returning!“

“What a lovely experience. Ramsay was welcoming & delightful. The food & service was impeccable. Thank you Antonia, your smile & attentiveness were appreciated. We started with the Scottish Salmon & special of Lobster Chowder. Best Salmon I've ever had & my wife was smiling with every spoon of her chowder. We ordered the duck & the dover sole and were very impressed with the size of the plate and the flavors going on. I asked for the carrot puree recipe as it complimented the duck so perfectly. We ended with the chocolate souffle as we saw reviews of this mentioned multiple times. Worthy to talk about for sure! The wine list was extensive and the atmosphere just what we expected, elegant. We will be back!“

“Second time here. Drove an hour from our hotel because the food is that delicious. Ordered a spinach quiche and a vanilla apple croissant. Bothe were delicious. Last time here I had a fantastic salad and the flan, which was unbelievable. Husband had leek quiche, which was preferable to the spinach for us. We of course ordered a flan to go. Latte and cappuccino nice a strong, using a darker bean as we are accustomed to in Seattle! Service friendly and ambiance amazing.“

“A very cool and cozy ambiance with a nice patio. Staff are welcoming and this outdoor bar is dog-friendly! I have heard the food is excellent. Open-mic nights are on Tuesdays from 9 pm - 1 am. The comedy, music, & karaoke are really fun!“

“Our second visit and did not disappoint. I thought I had booked outside but I was told you have to request the garden. We were inside sort of. It's all really outside but we were seated near the bar. There was a very large table right next to us and they were really loud which made it hard for our group of 6 to converse. The food was very good and our server was wonderful. She even comped us a desert for the loud table. The runner of the food was somewhat confused and brought us things for other tables but not his fault. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back.“

“The gratis fried zucchini was well appreciated. We were 2 couple. Everyone enjoyed the ceasar salad. I wish it had been tossed and with more dressing. Two ordered the chicken paillard & thought it was great. I had linguine vongole which was delicious and my boyfriend had the salmon & liked it. A nice dinner!“

“This is the place to go if you are looking for fresh pastries and sandwiches. I had the French Can Can sandwich and is to die for. We also had the Almond Croissant and it's crunchy from the outside yet super creamy from the inside.they know what they are doing, and totally recommend it.“
