Dogs are welcome in the outside seating area and have I mentioned the drinks yet? Bloody Mary’s and mimosas are delicious and potent! My two favorite qualities in a drink. Definitely worth a stop. Go on Sunday and enjoy the Corey Avenue market as well!“

“Great beach place, actually on the beach, an awesome view, friendly staff, and welcoming tropical heaven atmosphere. It is a mixture of tourists and regular local residents as well. If you like to watch the sand, water, and sand games while enjoying your cool drink, this is a place to go.“

“Sandbar Bill's is a great beachfront place for a burger and a beer. The restaurant is hidden behind the "mom & pop" Bon-Aire Hotel, and you are free to use their parking lot, but be sure to let the person at the desk know you're visiting the restaurant, else your car will be towed!Burgers and nachos are good, as are sandwiches and hot dogs! Drinks are reasonably priced, and the view is awesome. Serve yourself (there is a bar tender) by ordering at the bar, finding a table, then grab your food when called (by buzzer).This is a great place for locals to enjoy a bit of the beach without the "resort" feel that has taken over in many places. Just old Florida.Highly recommended.

“The tacos were fantastic! I got the steak tacos and lengua(beef tongue) tacos. The steak was seasoned to perfection and was so tender. The lengua tacos were seasoned to perfection as well and the tenderness to the meat was out of this world. I learned they prepare everything fresh and don’t keep it on a warming rack. The staff and atmosphere were so welcoming. I will definitely be a returning customer to try out the rest of the menu. 10 stars!!!“

“Blind Shark was the closest bar to our Airbnb and did not disappoint. Coming from Wisconsin, we don't have local watering holes you can smoke inside, so that was a huge plus to us! Drink selection was perfect for our simple tastes, and the locals/bartenders were great. Food was amazing also!Their karaoke night, I made sure to sign up. In the process, I made a friend (who is a local) and got her to sing with me for her first time in years! My fiance and I became friends with her and her husband, spending time with them outside of the bar during our stay.The hospitality is bar-none (no pun intended) and I'd be ecstatic to go back in the future. Very comfy space.“

“Sandbar Bill's is a St. Pete beach staple! Best food, best drinks, best atmosphere and friendliest people around. The food is fresh and perfect for a casual lunch or dinner relaxing by the beach. I’ve met wild commercial fisherman, tradesmen, contractors, doctors, financial advisors, entrepreneurs, maids, and drug runners (past and present). Its a second home to servers, bartenders and cooks who fuel the tourist trade. During the day veterans gather to wash away the past and discuss the future of the nation with despair. Widows come to drink bad wine with their friends . Sports fans come to watch NASCAR, Lightning, Bucs and Rays with their cohorts. Putting too much emphasis on results with too little knowledge of the sports. Musicians come before and after gigs and The Wizard keeps the jukebox playing most of the day. It’s open from 8 am until 3 am. Stop in at different times to find your crowd.“
