“We arrived at 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday. Parking was available right by the door. Upon arrival, we were seated immediately. The decor is casual, and the seating is comfortable. The place was a full house, but our waitress took our drink order right away, and our food orders as soon as we were ready. We ordered the Hungry Man skillet, and also country fried steak & eggs with pancakes. The food was really good, and we had no complaints. The portions were large enough to fill us up. They promptly took away our dirty dishes, and accepted our payment as soon as we were ready. The staff was friendly, and attentive the entire time. The overall experience was excellent! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Flapjacks!“

“Paradise is always a good place for a good meal, especially for a great breakfast. The coffee is good and the food comes out hot fast and delicious. one of my go tos for dinner is a to go philly cheesesteak. Usually so good but last night the roll was rubbery like it had been microwaved and it wasn't full like usual. The fries were also not as good as usual. BUT the oatmeal pumpkin cookie was amazing!“

“This is the best breakfast place on the island. We make sure to stop by every time we visit Clearwater Beach. The food is always delicious and the restaurant is very clean. Our server Scott was amazing, and all the other staff are always very friendly too.“

“my husband had the savory creape wirh eggs and bacon. I had the shirred eggs with heavy cream, bacon and cheese then baked, came with a french baguette and salad with a light vinegarette dressing. Breakfast done well. I'm not the biggest fan of breakfast this may have changed my mind. We also tried the blueberry crepe with whipped cream on the side and strawberry's on top. Coffee was good also. the waitress was on point, we meet the chef he was great and spoke French. Check it out.“

“So Close I’m on a mission to find the best breakfast in mid-Pinellas County. Remy’s is right up there, but just shy of being the best. The café is clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. Staff is pleasant. Air conditioning and fans, unfortunately, blow down, cooling the food too fast. I got the standard thing: 2 eggs scrambled (fine), ham (delicious and one of the best) and grits. Why are grits the downfall of so many local cafes?! Texture was OK, but they were bland! I upgraded the included regular toast to French toast. This is one of the best French toasts I’ve had in these parts. While the bread slices were thick, they were properly cooked and not soggy in the middle (woohoo!) There was even a slice of orange on the plate (albeit dried out). Coffee was, by café standards, strong and good. The correct score should be 4.5 stars, but I’ll gladly round up because of the ham and French toast. Sooo close—just fix the grits.“

“Expensive, but Worth It Buttermilk has a large space in a retail plaza. There are a lot of hard surfaces, so it can be pretty loud. Staff are universally pleasant, and it was especially nice to be checked on by the manager (owner?) Buttermilk wants to be super-modern with all the new tech. You can order from your phone, but they have traditional printed menus if you prefer. Your food is delivered by a robot trolly (singing the Jetsons theme song, no less). Fortunately, a server meets the robot at the table to transfer the food. And you can pay at the table by your phone or pay the server. Now to the food. While it is on the pricey side, they don’t skimp one bit on quality and quantity. I had the rather unpleasantly named Cinnamon Swirl Pack. The eggs were fine and the ham slice was delicious, perfectly seared. The star was the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast. Not overly thick so that it could be cooked all the way through. Too thick slices of bread get overcooked on the outside before the inside can get cooked and you end up with soggy bread—yuck. My wife had a standard scrambled eggs with very good bacon and excellent rye toast. The items above and a couple of coffees cost $47 after tax & tip. Pricey for breakfast for just two of us. But, again, the quality and quantity were there. I had plenty of leftover ham for dinner that evening.“

“Awesome little spot across from the Blue Jays Stadium! Amazing food, pleasant staff and fun, friendly atmosphere. The kids loved the resident skeleton sitting at the table next to ours and the wife enjoyed the Jamaican Cold Jerk Coffee with a splash of liqueur. I was just happy to dine in peace :)“

“This is the first place that I felt very safe when I needed a place to sleep in my car while traveling to Florida, food was delicious and the workers were very friendly, they even came twice to the car to check if was thirsty or hungry and reminding me that they got cameras to keep watch. “The service is great. They seem to spread out the servers so all of them just keep an eye out for customers’ needs. It’s organized and you find you’re not waiting to order, or get coffee, etc. The food is consistently great too (I’ve been there 5 times) but the part I especially notice each time is how good the service is.
