Stopped in for my birthday as The Shack has always been a favorite of mine. Food and service was wonderful. I'm in LOVE with the Lemon Presses! so good and light tasting. Can not wait for summer and live music outside!

It kind of gives you a bonfire with friends vibe... like you're out of town without being out of town. Lots of fun, especially if you're looking for somewhere to enjoy the outdoors and have a few drinks with friends. The live music is consistently good and the bartenders are friendly and accommodating.

Much larger than "back in the day. Nice place to eat & have a drink or two. Nice outdoor area with a stage set up.The band, Lost in America, was phenomenal! Wish they would have been able to play past 10pm.

Trust me, you want to try the mushroom fries! Tons of space outside, and inside as well. Beautiful location on the river. Great to drive to or ride to!

Was very excited to check out this gem that everyone kept telling me about, but I get there only to be extremely disappointed in everything, from the drink I ordered by a girl who probably isn’t old enough to drink and yet I saw her drinking. The food was cold and they seemed to be out of a lot of stuff and prices were insane for how little you get. I’m assuming the short stocking man was the owner or manager but he was extremely rude to the staff, demanding drinks, not helping when they clearly needed help. This place definitely needs bar rescued!

So it's a Thursday, and it's pretty good. Downstairs was really good my only complaint is the overall bar, it matches the name, it's more of a beer shack than a bar. Nothing really on tap and a lot of canned seltzer but the people are really cool and relaxed. Upstair was even better, it seemed like non-stop laughter and the tiki atmosphere really set the stage with the river in the background. I can see this place being a locals daily reunion. Overall my favorite part of the few hours here was all the laughter, everyone just seems so comfortable.
