I have been going to boba&waffles for the past couple months my kids and I love it the waffles are delicious! And the boba is very good as well the atmosphere is nice I haven’t had not one bad experience so far but of course their is a few things that need to be worked on but it’s a small history that’s getting there slowly! But I would really recommend and the staff are great.
The inside was pretty bare with just a few decorations, nice tables but the floor was absolutely filthy with trash. For how slow it was they could have vacuumed. The drink itself was great, but we came in for the boba which probably the worst I've had.. very over cooked, bite into one and it felt like popping dust in your mouth. Pretty disappointed in the the boba. Good location, just needs a little work.

The owner was super kind and easy to chat with. I needed a dairy free option and they had dairy free options with Almond milk. I don't normally like Almond milk but I'm not kidding when I say these drinks were DELICOUS. The Taro flavor is by far my faveorite. The owner even made sure things were dairy free for me which I appreciate very much. 10/10 reccomend and we will be back.
