I love the food here. It would normally be a 5 star review, however my latest experience was negative. I understand the noodles are cold. They're cold every time I've been there and that's how they're served. However, my noodles were uncooked (or not cooked enough.) Meaning they were crunchy and sticking together. I explained this to the cashier and five times he told me their noodles are cold. Yes, the noodles are cold...the problem was they were not cooked long enough meaning they were CRUNCHY. He remade my bowl but was insistent that I was wrong. Due to this customer service incident, I rated it a three star. Like I said earlier, normally it is always amazing food.
