Very good gluten free bread! I've tried the small baguettes and pretzel rolls so far and both were excellent. Gluten free eating is getting better all the time and this bread is proof. It has really improved since I was diagnosed in 2011. Thank goodness.

These are the BEST gluten free baguettes! Taste just like I remember. We had a problem with delivery (weather) and entire order had to be replaced. They were great about it! Highly recommend.

5 star service. 5 star ease of ordering. 5 star bread ?Placed my order Sunday. I was craving burgers and bread. It was ready Tuesday AM. Very friendly staff.The location is a little obscure. Across from the kedzie green line inside 135 N kedzie in the building labeled the hatchery. You're at the right place let them know you're there!The bread. Brioche buns. Very soft. Buttery. Mildly sweet. Perfect for sandos or a burger... by themselves. The Baguettes crusty yet soft on the inside perfect for sandwiches. The dinner rolls were great on there own they didn't need any filling or topping but I personally like a little strawberry preserves or honey. Nothing fell apart except the baguettes however I think I can remedy this by Baking them or sticking them in the toaster oven for a few minutes.I like the quality ingredients they use. Whole flours. No sugar- honey. Perfect for health nuts like me who do still like their carbs.I'll be back.
