“This was my first visit and I was a little overwhelmed. I came for a slice for lunch and was amazed by all the options. Fresh pasta, chicken parm, sandwiches, calzones and so much more all ready to go. I ordered my pizza and there was a cannoli in front of me in the case so I had to get that. While I was waiting for my pizza to be warmed up I admired the Gelato selection and ended up adding on a half pint of key lime pie Gelato. The slice, cannoli and Gelato came to $15. All of the food was amazingly delicious. I'll definitely go back soon to try more.”

“Such an authentic gem in Oak Park. Vincente Fernandez is playing on the tv. I ordered the cafe de la olla, which I haven't had in forever and was such a delicious comfort to drink on a cold morning. My friends ordered the green chilaquiles and tried the Diablo sauce, which lived up to its name. All were delicious but next time I want to try just a regular order of Rojas chilaquiles. The line was out the door mid morning on a Sunday but the wait was worth it. It's pretty clean here but packed on the regular. Definitely recommend.”

“Cute, cozy place! Went on a weekend and there was a ~15 minute wait. The place is small and can get full quickly. There are larger tables in the back for bigger groups. The staff speaks Spanish and they are all very kind. The drink menu is extensive, and there are tons of Mexican inspired breakfast dishes. I loved that the paninis and sandwhiches came with a side of pasta! I had the cajeta latte, which was very tasty, although I will omit the chocolate/cookie rim next time as it was a bit too much for me. The hot guayaba tea (pictured) almost tasted like ponche; it was very delicious! My one complaint is that our dishes were all brought out separately, and I wish they were all brought in together. Otherwise, great place and would recommend it!”

The taste, flavor and stuff, just captivated my attention because is one of the closest flavor I remember from Mexico. Condiments are exactly right and we’ll prepared. Really like all my go to order be it Egg Rolls, Shrimp Fried Rice, Crab Rangoons & Egg Foo Young to name a few... My GF likes the Beef Kow & her daughter likes their Wonton Soup... I've been slowly changing a few of my food choices over the past few years cutting down & or out my unhealthy foods for better & healthier, more Antioxidant rich foods... The only thing that would have made this last experience 5 star experience for me personally. I missed the old night shift crew to enjoy my meal with old familiar faces and catching up with them. “Coffee and donuts have always been among the freshest at this location becuase of its prime location in a high volume intersection of Cicero Township, just outside Chicago.The staff at night is friendly and is mainly compromised of high school and college age students whose playful banter make me chuckle at times.Wi-Fi connectivity is among the best which is why I often visit to wrap up the day's notes while charging my devices.I left one star off because often times I find that there isn't someone here whose experienced and trained to police the dining room when it comes to solicitors, aggressive panhandlers and the like. Personally, I don't mind if someome occupies an empty table because they don't have anywhere else to go in these frigid temperatures. I do feel compassion and have helped some in thd past. But the outliers who harass paying guests for their change should be asked to leave and the police or some type of medical attention may need to be sought for the guest whom is gurgling in his own intoxication with soiled clothing in the dining room.There is nothing to see here four out of five times I visit, but tonight is especially challenging to focus on my writing.All in all, the place is great and the staff are all delightful. Just someone with a bit more experience needs to manage the extremely problematic individual for those guests looking to spend some significant time here talking with others and/or gettimg some work done.I do intend to inform management of my concern for the drunk fellow across from me and am prepared to edit this review if his well-being is looked into. Otherwise, it will be a good training moment for me to help this young team handle these sorts of characters.”

There were a couple of customers inside and one male employee on customer side of counter who was talking to an employee behind the counter. Both employees looked at us trying to enter and offered NO HELP. We went to drive thru because it was open. The server at the pickup window said door to lobby was not locked, it's just really hard to open. That is unacceptable. Customers who make the effort to enter your establishment should not have to struggle to open the door. It is unacceptable that the employees offered NO ASSISTANCE. Seemed that they didn't care too much for our business. My Italian beef & sausage was great. The majority of the mozzarella cheese I paid for was stuck to the paper. Maybe cheese should go between the meat or under the peppers. I'll go back. Please FIX THE DOOR.Parking: Same small parking lot that's always been there. I've never had trouble parking there.”

“The location in Chicago is decent. Each time I went it was a clean place with clean dishes. But the tinley park location is the complete opposite. I went today and I am still appalled at how that place has went down the toilet. Do not go to that one if u like your dishes clean.”

“Well, it was 10:40 and I was on my way home from fasting blood work and was pretty hungry by this time. But I had a craving for breakfast. So I pretty much knew McDonald’s only serves breakfast until 10am but I ventured to ask if they had any breakfast sandwich sandwiches. The young man at the drive through was nice enough to ask me to wait while he asked and much to my surprise, he said they had a McGriddle and a couple of biscuit sandwiches. I was so overjoyed that they were willing to sell me some breakfast and so I ordered the McGriddle meal. The lady on the second window gave me the option of getting fries that were ready to go or waiting a few minutes for them to fry a hash brown… which was definitely my choice. I have asked before at other McDonald’s in years past just as they were changing the menu to the regular lunch menu which was only a couple of minutes past the deadline and was always rudely told NO. Today, I had a really nice experience and so I decided to share that the employees here, do their best to show that they are courteous and this is something that the owners of this particular McDonald’s should take pride in. It is Customer Service at its best!!! This way of customer service should be the norm across ALL off the chain’s restaurants.”
