“Just as great as I remembered. I ate here 10 years ago often then I moved, now that I'm back in Chicago it's worth the drive from the Southside! Service awesome, good hot and seasoned perfectly. Basil fried rice, crab Rangoon, pot stickers, pad Thai and ginger wings are staples. I hope this place never closes! I wish the take out on 18th was still there but maybe another location will pop up in the future. Til then I'm going to keep taking the 45 minute ride to Berwyn, it's just that good and the service and quickness you receive such delicious food is unmatched.”

“Came in today for the first time. Customer service was great. I ordered a steak sandwich, cafe con leche, and a pastelito. Everything tasted really good. I ordered to go and was in and out. The place is a little small so maybe for a sit down place it might be a little cramped but that's not a deal breaker for me. Definitely a must try if you are in the neighborhood!”

“FlapJacks is a definite go to for wood fired pizza. Great atmosphere with canvas art and murals on the wall. Staff has an eclectic rock flare blaring in the background. Today's was a synchronousplay of team work from Paul and Tom as well as supporting staff. Tom made sure our order and drinks were place. He came around multiple times to ensure our request were met. Paul manned the wood fires oven. We requested our Grandma’s pie and Tavern style well done. A true master at his craft, he did not disappoint. Give Flapjacks a try, well worth the trip if needed. Not to mentioned the house brewed menu. We washed done our pizzas with nitro stout and hazy Ipa’s. Love love love - FLAPJACKS!!!”

“Paisans is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants. The bbq chicken salad is my favorite salad in the area. It's hearty, large portion, and always consistent. If you're into chicken vesuvio you should get it here yum yum yum especially the potatoes. We also enjoy their thin cut pizza because it's still thick enough to hold the toppings but is never burnt on the bottom like other places. The meat is quality too when it comes to the toppings we enjoy the pepperoni and sausage. The only potential negative is the restaurant is always extremely noisy but it's a pizzeria and bar so can't really expect anything different and the food is worth it.”

I have gone to other places for sushi both in surrounding suburbs and in the city and this place is still the best one.”

Egg Rolls were very fresh and tasty. Crab Rangoon were also fresh and very good as well. I ordered Mongolian Beef, and it was plentiful and tender. The white rice was not clumpy, well cooked, and delicious. My wife ordered shrimp fried rice and it was also delicious. Again, everything was excellent. The place is very unassuming, somewhat small, but the service was impeccable and so was the food. I hope and pray that the owner never loses his charm. Today's young generation in this country are frankly not respectful and many lack intelligence. The owner of Overseas Chinese Restaurant is way beyond his years, and he makes the restaurant worth visiting on top of having very good food.Parking: Nothing else to say.”

“Our first time here and it won’t be the last! Super friendly service, and the quecas (slang for quesadillas) were soooo good. Handmade tortillas and homemade guisados (fillings) were super yummy. Nothing was spicy, just seasoned beautifully. I highly recommend this place! The beef tinga was amazing with a Smokey flavor of chipotle and mild heat level. The quecas are approximately 12” long and you can split the fillings to taste more than one at a time. I can’t wait to go back and taste even more. If you’re looking for a smaller size ask for a Gordita and you will get a round version but without the cheese ? Sorry too busy stuffing my face to take a picture lol!!!Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian fillings and cheese and beans options.”

“Paisans is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants. The bbq chicken salad is my favorite salad in the area. It's hearty, large portion, and always consistent. If you're into chicken vesuvio you should get it here yum yum yum especially the potatoes. We also enjoy their thin cut pizza because it's still thick enough to hold the toppings but is never burnt on the bottom like other places. The meat is quality too when it comes to the toppings we enjoy the pepperoni and sausage. The only potential negative is the restaurant is always extremely noisy but it's a pizzeria and bar so can't really expect anything different and the food is worth it.”

“I've been here a few times, and the food is always good. I always get al pastor tacos. The margaritas are great! My biggest complaint is that the tacos are on the smaller side. Even with that complaint, if I'm in the area and have a taste for margaritas and tacos, I'd go back.”

“It was an amazing experience. I had the chorizo con papas skillet and my bestie had the chilaquiles breakfast dish. We were celebrating her birthday as well. Food was fantastic. The service impeccable!!! One of the guys even went out of his way to hold my hand and help me down the stairs. I recently had foot surgery and I am in a medical boot. “I visit this Starbucks all the time since I live in the area. They are almost always inundated with orders. The staff are always working hard and always so friendly even when customers here become rude or impatient and I feel their work ethic might not be recognized because of the sheer amount of orders thrown at them. Today I am leaving 5-stars in hopes it does any good towards these workers. Usually during rush times expect a 20-30 minute wait if you go into the shop.”

“I just ordered a 12 peace mixed meal, mild. paid over $30.00 all to receive my food on paper plates. How does a large franchise like this serve the food on paper plates and not have the cousrtesy tonlet me. house if I wanted to proceed with the order. I was rushing and should have checked my order. had I seen this I would have requested an immediate refund. I also did not receive mixed chicken, I received all legs & thighs. The Cajun rice is old & dry. I will be sending pictures to the corporate office. I am currently waiting on the phone to speak with a manager, it has already been over 5 mins and I'm pretty sure whoever the manager is avoiding my call.”
