“I was surprised by the description of he fish entree and how it was prepared and cooked. I love the place but this experience sitting by the entry door was not as pleasant as usual.”

“A very beautiful environment with friendly and helpful wait staff, but the food is just okay.I came here with a group of friends. I ordered their lavender French 75 cocktail, which was pretty good. A little too lemony, but with hints of lavender, bergamot, and floral gin which were nice.I also ordered the Pasta Roman, made with squid ink pasta, shrimp, and lobster. It was just okay. (Maybe I didn't look at the menu closely enough, but I expected it to come in an ink sauce. My mistake.) I felt like it was a pretty bland pasta in cream sauce with some seafood thrown on top. Nothing memorable.I thought it was just me, at first. However, the consensus in our group was that our food was missing something. Everything lacked depth and punch, in my opinion. My friend described it as under-seasoned. I think that's a fair assessment.Thanks for having us, but we won't return.”

“We came up from Louisville this weekend and were in Indy visiting our niece and took a little side trip to Zionsville for Mother's Day Brunch. Thanks to the owner for getting us a seat without a reservation. Our server Lisa was excellent and the atmosphere and food were amazing. We love this place and will be back the next time we are near.”

“My first time visiting. Food was good, i had the tuna melt on marble rye. I’m very picky about coleslaw and not many places make it well, but theirs was fantastic. Very busy at noon on a Saturday, yet we still got seats quickly. Wales friendly. The pieces seemed really low too.”

“A friend told me about their experience at this restaurant. I wanted to see if it was as good as 'advertised'. I had the turkey wrap with the tossed greens salad. It was just amazing and I enjoyed the meal. I would recommend and check it out for yourself.They have outside seating as well as indoor tables. Take some extra time and give this place a try.”

“We went to Good Omen on a Sunday night following an IRT production. Because it was a Sunday night, the place was very quiet. There were three of us at our table and we were being ably assisted by Ashley. Ashley encouraged us to share various dishes. Also, she had read of my peculiar allergy and had discussed options with the chef before we got there. This allowed us to navigate the menu in safety. There was one dish that could have been problematic, but it was an optional ingredient and the chef was glad to leave it out. We were ordering as we ate so that we could figure out the next course without having to order all of the courses. At one point, Chef/Owner Nicholas came out to ask about a specific ingredient as it related to my allergy. At no restaurant ever anywhere have I had such attention paid to my allergy. All that said, every dish we shared was nothing short of outstanding. Chef Nicholas believes in the in the French/Italian way of cooking - cook what's fresh and local when possible. AND IT SHOWS IN THE FOOD! Highly recommended. We will be back.”

“Met my Mother and Father there for a late breakfast on a Saturday, 15 min wait and well worth it!! My bacon egg and cheese omelette was stuffed to the Max with Bacon ??!! Bacon was delicious and was the perfect crispiness for an omelette! Both my folks were happy with there meals as well. The atmosphere was great, very welcoming and warm. The pricing was more than fair for the plates we received. I'll be back very soon! Thank you Rosie's for a great breakfast and meeting spot to see my parents that I hadn't seen in a few months!! “They were a bit short staffed and we had a large order so the service was a bit slow. That said the food more than made up for the wait. The medium Strombolies are plenty for a large appetite or sharable for lighter appetites. Two in our party had the wedgie sandwiches and loved them. The pepperoni plus was one of the best pizzas I've had in some time. We'll be back!”

“I love Mediterranean food, and I love fast casual concepts where you can "build your own" meal. Garbanzo is the perfect marriage of these two concepts! Their menu is wide ranging and has a ton of options, but on this particular visit I opted for a bowl with rice, falafel, humus, and some extra veggie toppings. Not only are the portions very generous, but my falafel were cooked fresh when I ordered them! My bowl tasted delicious, and my friend who ordered a wrap loved her meal as well. Service was helpful and the store was bright and clean. My only regret is I don't have a Garbanzo closer to home, ha! Definitely recommend this place!”

“I love Our Place Coffee! Not only do they have great coffee but they pay attention to little details that other coffee shops don’t. As a mom of 2, 2 and under, their little play area, extremely clean facilities, diaper changing station with diaper disposal bags make things easy for a mom. Those little details give me the peace of mind so I can enjoy my coffee!”

“Amazing local roastery. The employees are so kind. They are very knowledgeable about food allergies. They make their own syrups for signature lattes. “This is a little hole in the wall place. I learned about this shop from a friend who had been there recently. The wife and I enjoyed two great cupcakes at the shop. We also took two of the cupcakes home to enjoy later. Madison is an owner and she is a baker of the products that are for sale.If you enjoy terrific cupcakes check this place out. You won't be disappointed. PS: they do cakes too.”

“It's pricy, but I think you very much get what you pay for here. The pastries and ice cream are high quality and delicious. The caramel Dutch apple pie with cinnamon ice cream is my favorite dessert in town. The inside is cozy and they have a lovely covered patio if you prefer to dine outside. If you get carryout slices of pie, they come in triangle-shaped containers that keep your pie from falling apart.”

“Meh. It was okay. The spicy jalapeno margarita was really tasty, but a little pricey for the size and quality of the restaurant. The steak in the fajitas was burned on the outside, and super raw (rare at best) on the inside of the big chunks. I wasn't too impressed by that dish. The other guests had fish, quesadilla, and tacos and said they were pretty good. Overall, it was okay, just a little more expensive than it needs to be. I'll stick to my chain-restaurant Mexican locals.”

“They have the meat I mean real meat like steak and chicken, they are also a butcher so if you are in a hurry and don’t want to run int to the grocery store go here to get your steak or chicken or what ever they have it. But they close at 2. they are busy at lunch time so shop early and of course get lunch.”

“The "mayo" is Miracle Whip. Just wanted to get that out there first. If you are a mayo snob like our family, you need to know that going in. The bread is amazing. The meat is excellent. Service is awesome. The veggie toppings are terrific. I had the tuna. It was top notch. No onions in the tuna salad. Just a classic tuna salad. The provolone is great. Anyhow, loved everything but the Miracle Whip. A true Mayo would've put them at 5 stars. I would definitely eat here again.”

Lucky me while looking for some split peas to sex up a couple of leftover ham bones I tripped over HB. Got some leftover holiday ham? Don't toss the bones make yourself some amazing split pea soup. If you've never had it your missing out! What is HamBeens you ask? NK Hurst Co. The N.K. Hurst Company was established in 1938 by Needham King Hurst as a distributor of coffee, tea and sugar. Mr. Hurst had worked with the C.D. Kenney Company as a sales representative when he decided to go into business on his own. 9 years later, he began packaging dry edible beans into 5 pound packages for the grocery trade. His decision would lay the groundwork for the future of his company. A great place to get your dried beans on. They offer up a dozen+ choices to tickle your tummy. Even cooler they have a big library of video recipes. I have tried a few. and liked 'em all so far. I am a big fan of the 15 bean Cajun mix. I made a crock full of the 15 bean and some kielbasa sausages that was great. Easy to make, tasty to eat. This is a perfect meal for cool winter nights. Turn on your C-pot in the morning when you go to work and your dinner is ready when you get home. Add some jalapenos amd some pork scraps to Hurst pinto beans make for some great fiery beans to go with a steak or ?? BUT GET THIS! Hurst Bean Field .... so this makes the beans even better! Especially if you are a Colts fan! The NK H. Co. is only a few blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium. They got their own tail gate lot for the Colts games. They have many rules to keep things orderly, but I like this rule the best. * If you aren't serving Beans at your tailgate, you may be subject to removal from the Bean Field! How cool is that? Only hope to take one of my recipes there one day.”

“Service was a bit subpar and unfriendly. We had a gift certificate and were asked where "the other half was." We informed our server that the part we had was all we were given (and it had the amount, the issue date, and employee initials). I asked to see an example of the missing half and it was just a picture of the restaurant, nothing specific or valuable. She reluctantly still allowed us to use it but demanded the next time that we bring both parts. Maybe she was just having an off day because she was generally grouchy and left our drinks unfilled. The food was really good though !!”

“In 30 years I've eaten 30 different gyros. This one is definitely a Top 10, possibly a Top 5. Fresh soft pita, generous amount of meat, tzatziki good taste and texture. Overall a good choice for a quick lunch if you're near by. $7.95 including tax -- a great value.”

“This is a cute little bubble tea shop which is part of a chain. The menu is a little daunting, but the barista tried his best to walk me through it. I was looking for something sugar free, which they did not have. But he offered to put less syrup in my drink to reduce the sugar. I like that the menu tells calories for each drink so you know what you are ordering. I had the lychee punch green tea with bubbles. I'm not sure which flavor of bubbles he put in, but I think there were coffee. He prepared the drink pretty quickly. It was good and plenty sweet even with less syrup. They have a nice seating area inside and games that you can play (or kids can play) while you enjoy your tea.”

“This was our first time at Bub's and we don't know why we waited so long to try it. We were greated by many staff members as we walked through the door. Paisley was so patient and helpful explaining the options on the menu and her recommendations. She checked on us often. Burgers were hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. Side salad was huge with fresh veggies. Onion rings were some of the best we've had in a long time. Mint chocolate chip shake was amazing!! Faith came around checking to see if we were happy with our meal & waitress. She even took time to talk about a food allergy a family member has so we knew whether or not he could come in the future. We will definitely be back!!”

Eat something before you come and sit back and enjoy a cold beer on the patio”
