I called and ordered food. I show up to pick it up 30 minutes later I ordered $50 worth of food and they tell me that they can’t take take $100 bill?then the girl told me to go to a different store and get change. Over some silly rule, they let 50 bucks worth of food go to waste! On top of that, I had to waste 30 minutes of my life to not get food and ultimately go somewhere else. I will never visit this establishment again

Caesar salad was fresh with the best house made Caesar dressing I have tasted. We ordered a 14” veggie pizza and added grilled chicken and spinach. Pizza was great! Crisp chewy crust and lots of toppings. Service was efficient and our server brewed unsweetened iced tea for us. My only complaint: plastic cutlery is unacceptable for dine in.

I was looking forward to having Ledo Pizza since we do not have in my area. I was disappointed at the quality of the food. The pizza crust was too thin, had no body or character and the sauce and toppings were bland. Speaking of bland, the Italian wedding soup had no flavor at all. It was actually served to me after the pizza was served because the server said they had to make it. They really need refocus on the quality of the product that made Ledo an excellent choice for pizza.

Keeps track of your orders and only seconds from ordering to received. Order typically ready for pickup within 20 mins...order ahead and it'll be ready and waiting for you, when you walk in.Parking: About 10 steps from handicapp parking to door of restaurant; sidewalk is sloped for wheelchair access as well.Kid-friendliness: Hi chairs, and booth seating available.

Pizza crust extremely thin. Pizza basically tasteless. Some of the worst pizza I've had. Service just Ok. Place cold, using space heater to warm. Empty of customers on a Friday Night (probably because pizza not that good).

WRONG ORDER AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! I put in an online order for toasted ravioli, sweet tea, and a garden salad (no croutons, no cheese, extra tomato and extra onion). I go to pickup, and am told there is no sweet tea, to just grab a soda instead. I told the guy at the counter I do not want a soda, to just refund the drink, and he walked away. He comes back after I did not leave and asked what I am waiting on, and I reminded him the refund. He told me he can't refund me because I ordered online (I ordered from Ledo Pizza website, not a 3rd party site). He then called his manager, and he told the associate to just give me cash for the drink. I go to leave, and realized there was no dressing with my salad, so I asked another associate for the dressing, and she tried to tell me that I ordered my salad with no dressing. I double checked my receipt just to make sure I didn't click the wrong thing online, and it definitely said oil and vinegar. She begrudgingly went and got a dressing cup for me. I got to work to eat, and realized the salad was incorrectly made. There were no peppers on the salad and no extra tomatoes (there were 2 total tomatoes in the entire salad). I called for a refund because I'm not paying $8 for a bed of lettuce, and the associate who answered the phone said he'll discount it the cost of 1 topping (peppers come with the salad, it is not an additional cost) and I said no. Again, I am not eating a bed of lettuce. He said if I want a refund I have to come back to the store with the salad, which is 20 minutes out of my day while I am at work, and I said no; they can come pick it up if they want it. He hung up on me. Now I am reversing the cc order and will not be back. Ledos has lost a customer. I recommend going elsewhere with service.
I ordered a Gyro and I must say that this was the best one that I've had on many different levels. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking because I wasn't acknowledged when I came in for my online order due to the woman having her back turned while having a personal conversation on her phone.

The airport location, Terminal B I believe. The pizza was terrible it was a small piece barely cooked, I got a Diet Pepsi and it came out to over 10$ when I was handed the box I kind of expected it to be empty it was so light. I definitely won't came back next time I fly out of Baltimore. Also it's upsetting the quality and price of food especially at this restaurant, I assume it's because it's in an airport and where else can you really go. Just based on my experience at this location I wouldn't bother trying the other locations.
