Felt inclined to leave a good review after our stay due to the surprising negative reviews. I was worried seeing the negative reviews after booking but we had a nice stay. The hotel itself is updated and in a really nice up and coming complex with many stores and food places. The parking is free in a garage. The room was updated and perfectly nice. There were a few spots on things but I'm very very picky. Our tv wasn't working and the manager came up herself and fixed it. The lobby is updated and nice and all the staff was friendly. You don't hear anything coming from the highway and it's location is a good distance from many popular spots in the city.

Seriously dirtiest, filthiest hotel room I have seen in a long time! Never go here if you care about your health or your family health.

This was actually a shockingly good experience. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and nice. No weird scents in the lobby or the bedroom!! That's a win from me. Another thing I always notice when traveling, the bed stiffness. This was perfect. I have a bad back and hate traveling to hotels. This hotel was an A+ from me. The bed was not mushy where you sink and not too stiff, it was just right. I'll def stay in this hotel again when in Baltimore. Also cool is the area with all the stores, super market and coffee shops!!!!

Bar is lobby charges $3.00 to add ice to your drink. Ice machines on room floors is free. Manager claims is Marriott policy. Marriott corporate said no it isn't. What a rip off. I am a titanium level member. I have never been to a Marriot that charges for ice in your drink. Manager clearly didn't care

Terrible service. Convenient location but that is all they got. Management need to be completely changed.

Hmmmmmm Not sure where to start, I guess at the beginning.... When we got here, All the "hotel parking spots" in structure were full ‍, I think they need to extend their parking to the 2nd floor. Don't worry, if you tell the front desk they will lend you a key card to enter 3rd floor parking area. Just beware if you do not return the key card you will be charged $200. When we got to our room after our check in we were blow away by the marijuana smell (which never went away)- - - they have warnings everywhere not so smoke, vape, burn candles or incense and if you do, it will cost you $500. So hopefully they fined whoever smoked pot in here Then my kiddo used the toilet, and it was straight up clogged. We must have came in to a clogged toilet. When we we t down to front desk to ask for someone to fix it- I was told they would get me a plunger to do it myself . Ohhhhhhhh My G! Disgusting, why should I have to unclog a toilet from the previous occupant as a paying guest ????

Room was nice but I asked 2 days in a row for my room to be made up. They said sure, but wasn't done either day. Had to retrieve our own towels, use hand towels for face clothes, use t.p. sparingly and had to rinse out paper coffee cups to reuse. Our room was a disappointment every time we came back from a very long day. Also left a jacket which they can't seem to find. Already called twice.

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHER GUESTS HEALTH STAYING AT THEIR PROPERTY. I called in advance to let management know I had tested positive for COVID and they said there is no protocol and to simply show up. They said if I decided to cancel it was not a valid reason to waive the charge. I highly encourage you to look at other hotels. I have here before due to convenience to where I visit, but never again. Rooms are never cleaned and the hotel is a few feet away from several active rail tracks which shake the structure, rooms and bed 24/7.

Took 15 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk to check me in, but she was nice once she showed up. My room is updated and comfortable but the bathroom hasn't been cleaned (see the pictures). I'm here for work so my company is paying but the price seems rather high for such a lack of cleanliness. The toilet and sink weren't even wiped down. Unfortunately, I'm not the only one noticing the bathroom cleanliness on this app.

I am giving 1 star mainly because of the management of this hotel in response to a problem I had. I stayed there in late May for a wedding. My family had a block of rooms for the long weekend. When I first arrived and showered I noticed dark , short hair on the shower floor, not mine. The more I looked I noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. I went to the front desk and explained what happened. The hotel was full. I asked for the GM Jose Jean to call me. No response. I asked again at the front desk the next day. "Oh yes, it's right here in the computer she will call."" Nothing. I asked again when I checked out, explaining. A week passed and I left a review. I got a redo from a front desk manager Sherrah Smith offering 3000 points. It takes about 30,000 to get a hotel night at this price so that's meaningless. I called Marriott customer service. 10 times! This went on for 5 weeks each time being told "there's nothing we can do, a supervisor will call you." Nothing until today when I called a supervisor who told me the matter was resolved, I had received 3000 points and I should call the manager if I'm not happy. Yes, the same manager who never called me before, Josee Jean. I left a message again. I called back again and Sherrah Smith answered the phone. She told me that "you should have changed rooms and it's too late this was back in May." So according to her this was MY fault. I explained that I had be leaving messages for 5 weeks. And I did tell the front desk staff. And the hotel was full. And I called customer service and was told to be patient and wait. Wow, Marriott this is appalling. Josee Jean, you need customer service training, as does Marriott's customer service agents.

Horrible food for a luxury hotel the burger and tots came out rock hard & the quesadilla are 3 chips with melted cheese it can't even fill you up , the room none of the soap or anything is filled up i'm extremely disappointed especially bc i spent 80$ on dinner that didn't fill any of us up and couldn't even eat bc it was so gross. I would not recommend this location or atleast just DONT EAT HERE. Trust me i'm saving you guys time.

Great location next to Harris Teeter and conveniently close to the highway. The front desk is great and friendly. We waited all day for the bar to open at 5. I get that drinks at a hotel bar are a little more than usual but be warned that they charge you$3 for ice in your drink and $5 to have it neat. Really??? I have travelled a great deal and have never come across this. So one finger of makers mark neat was $17 because I was charged $5 more for it to be neat. I handed her a twenty and she kept the change without asking. Wow.

Had a great stay this weekend - was really blown away by the level of service and proactive hospitality. The hotel is also SO QUIET. I was a littler nervous booking a place so close to the highway, but the rooms are silent to noise both inside and out.

Beautiful hide away location! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from the lady at the front desk!!! Love the free parking and they have a bistro and bar. Very convenient to local attractions yet very quiet and clean!!! Hubby and I will definitely be back soon

This hotel is super nice. In a good area, free parking, clean rooms, and very obviously updated and modern. This is by far one of the best hotels i've stayed in while in Baltimore. They were even kind enough to refund me for a cancelled reservation that was a mistake. I would most definitely stay here again. The only downside was the woman at the front desk was a little unfriendly and didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. You never know what type of day someone is having so maybe it was just that night but besides that loved it and definitely recommend.
