To preface, I have absolutely no issue paying for additional sauces, I totally understand the food cost and all associated with with. However, when I asked for some Big Mac sauce on the side after paying for my meal, I was told they charge for it, I said that was fine, and I got back in line (meal was paid at the kiosk since there was no one at the register) the shift lead or MOD walked to another employee laughed and pointed at me. She told me I could just pay her and I told her I wanted a receipt since I was paying for it. She literally couldn’t find a way to charge me for it. She ended up charging me for a senior coffee and taxed it. I paid and got my receipt. Then, other customers asked for additional sauces and she didn’t charge them…
