We really weren't going there because the food is top tier, we went because it has a great family atmosphere which ends up making the food taste. Little better. The service was superb for our party of 25 and I would definitely come back just for that. Even when we were leaving the manager (or who I thought) was the manager greeted us all goodbye and made sure our service was good during ordering. Just an added touch of care. “The food here is AMAZING. I'm actually glad this place is far from me and on the expensive side because if it was closer and cheaper I'd be eating here constantly. My table got the waygu egg rolls, Mac and cheese, broccolini, Hawaiian steak, jerk crab cakes, and the jerk lollipop chicken. All of it was on point. Drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. That was probably the only disappointment. Music is a little loud for my liking but it is a minor nit in an absolutely amazing experience.”

The waitress was very attentive. However, serving sizes were small. In particular, the Kao Soi Gai, which was plated beautifully and tasted great, did not have very many noodles in it. I recommend trying this place, but you may need to order an appetizer or extra noodles or rice to avoid leaving hungry.”

I also like the bento boxes, when I want a variety of food. My husband loves the teriyaki plates. The Yum Yum sauce is super spicy! Sweet, but spicy.”

The Brewery will validate your ticket however the parking is inexpensive $2 -$4. There is also limited street parking!”

No maitre d to greet you, no hostess to seat you and the place is still in COVID response mode Food was good. Eat in available. And it comes out HOT! Ingredients were fresh. Carrots and celery were crunchy. I got the King Pao chicken which was excellent. Chicken was thinly sliced. Sauce was flavorful and not too hot. Prices are reasonable and an excellent value. The green sauce is tasty , the red is hot. Plenty of choices for drinks. The tacos were delicious, three is enough though I could have eaten four! If want the real deal authentic tacos this is the place. Two drinks and seven tacos was $32, yes the price sadly is the only thing that has changed.”

“Our family went here for dinner this past week. The Mediterranean lamb burger was very good as was the Rueben. The service was ok. It took some time for someone to come take our orders. We asked for our water glasses to be refilled and we were finished with our meal before we had an opportunity to ask again for the refill that did not happen at the first ask. Then someone came to refill the glasses and only did two of our three. The atmosphere was lively even though it was not crowded. There were maybe half the tables full and it was abuzz with conversations and laughter so that it felt like a happy place to be.”

Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.”

So after the test I went back and got another cup of coffee and the owner recognized me and said another cup? I told him that the testing center didn't allow coffee in and they made me dump it. “The food is really good in this little hole in the wall resteraunt. I had the pounded yam and egusi soup. It was a delicious assortment of meats in the soup. Additionally the soup was spiced well. The pounded yam also tasted like it was made with high quality ingredients rather than the powder instant pounded yam you make with boiling water. Now for the not so good. As good as the food is it's hit or miss wether they will have the food available. There have been a few times I've gone there, mouth watering, and ordered some pounded yams and egusi, oxtails, etc only to be told we are out today. My advice is to save yourself the trip and call your order in ahead of time. Which will help mitigate issue number two ...the wait can be very long depending on what's ordered. Most of the times I've been there there were only a handful of customers but the wait time stretched to about 30 minutes+. Yes I know this isn't McDonald's but when it's only you and another customer I think the food should come out faster. Regardless I still give them my business because the food is that good.”

Everyone can't fry chicken well and I make the fried chicken rounds: KFC in Bladensburg, Popeyes on Chillum Rd., Mid-Atlantic Seafood on Queens Chapel. I just got wings from this Crown Fried Chicken. They were tender and juicy with just the right amount of salt. Not too salty. The seasoned fries were great. Bonus--they do not serve pork! Yay! They serve beef and turkey as breakfast meats. I am so glad they are open. The customer service was efficient and respectful. Best to call ahead as there was a 15 minute wait, but it was worth. Hope they will replace the Washington Redskins poster with the Washington Commanders.”

“Food is always hot and correct and the employees are friendly, but maybe they're understaffed. Even when I ordered on the app and specified drive-thru pickup, it took a while for someone to get to me at the drive-thru speaker, then when I pulled up to the window to get my food, they had me pull into the mobile pickup spot and I watched a bunch of cars that came in after me leave one after another. Ended up having to go inside anyway (although I ordered on the app to avoid that) to get my order.”

“Have not been here since 2017. Nothing has changed which is a good thing. Service is fast. I ordered three carnitas tacos. Plenty of meat in dual corn soft tacos. The green sauce is tasty , the red is hot. Plenty of choices for drinks. The tacos were delicious, three is enough though I could have eaten four! If want the real deal authentic tacos this is the place. Two drinks and seven tacos was $32, yes the price sadly is the only thing that has changed.”

“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.”

“This place is now called Siam Thai Cuisine. Despite the few recent negative reviews, we found the food to be delicious. They have a good selection of authentic Thai dishes. The waitress was very attentive. However, serving sizes were small. In particular, the Kao Soi Gai, which was plated beautifully and tasted great, did not have very many noodles in it. I recommend trying this place, but you may need to order an appetizer or extra noodles or rice to avoid leaving hungry.”
