“Wow extremely impressed by Charley’s firs time eating here at this one thing not often your greeted with smile.saw manager walking around asking every guest how’s everything going said I’m so and so how’s everything restaurant has that classic high school vibe you get off school play arcade games I was extremely impressed I felt like child again wow they nba jam wow yes I said nba jam that is hard get why because it’s classic surely hope manager never gets rid of it why it’s classic you come in here you smell food u can tell steak I had lemonade wow I was thirsty yes I drank it manager approached me I guess so how I was impressed I was like wow this place is state of art manager said everything ok I’m glad you camed please come again to my Charley’s not any other usually I go Wheaton I don’t have to now saw I drank my drink said sir let me refill your drink I said it’s ok sir he said I’m manager I care about my customers please come again you will always get a good sub and also got door really impressed me besides refill ok others are less fortunate women in wheelchair he manager got door told women we’re do you wana sit at lady said over there women said I gotta pay he told her you sit just give me money I’ll ring you up tell what you want on it brought her change too extremely impressed you got a good heart manager at Charleys“

“Honest Review: I am so glad I came across this restaurant a few years back. I have tried and compared many of the Chinese food restaurants in this area and absolutely none of them can out-beat China Sub Shop. In fact this is the ONLY Chinese food restaurant I order from now. First I'll mention that their customer service is phenomenal. The lady that picks up the phone when you order is always so kind and patient with you. Also, the delivery man is very friendly and once you begin to order more he will recognize you with a smile and spark up a brief yet enjoyable conversation. I would say a friendly customer bond is established with all parties. Food: not greasy at all, flavorful, and freshly made. I'm a fan of their seasoned fries. Although I no longer eat meat, when I use to their chicken wings were delicious and not flaky like how some other places prepare them. Their crab sticks are fried properly and not soggy - even when you reheat them a day later. All in all, I'm a fan of China Sub Shop and as soon as you try their food once..that's all it takes to become hooked! Again, no other place compares in the area.“

“This is a carry out I grew up on, Shrimp Egg Roll still the bomb nice and crispy. Even though I didn't get my mumbo sauce chicken was ok, the combination lo-mein was good I thought asking for it spicy would change the taste it did a little but it was still good.“
