After a day of fatty beach food I could not go near another restaurant. So we purchased sandwiches and macaroni salad here. What a great choice! I had The Last Resort. Turkey freshly shaved, bread very flavorful- lettuce/tomato good balance and the cream cheese made it extra good. I also enjoyed the macaroni salad. The dressing is a sweet one so you have to like that but if you do give it a try. This is a really nice and healthier alternative in South Haven. We ate at our B and B on the patio. I will say I could only finish half and I was stuffed. Saving the rest for tomorrow. If you are not big eaters this could be shared- especially with sides and a dessert.

My family and friends stopped by twice on two days for lunch because the sandwiches were delicious, the ice cream was to die for, and the service was top notch. Myself and two others raved about the Steuben Reuben sandwiches. I tried it twice, once with corned beef and once with pastrami. Both ways were absolutely delicious. The tangy sauerkraut, creaminess from the 1000 island dressing and the crunch from the toasted rye bread makes this sandwich a hit with me. I love Reuben sandwiches and the Steuben Reuben is a top notch sandwich. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.

The owner Jamie is so rude. This has everything to do with her business despite being told this has “nothing to do with her business.” I’ve come in multiple times and she never greets you. I’ve come in numerous times to spend money and she’s so unwelcoming. Everyone in town has the same thing to say about her which is embarrassing. You’d think as a woman business owner in the community she would want her store to thrive. You’d think with The Depot down the road she would want to make money but no.. The Depot doesn’t upcharge almost $5 for certain things especially since it’s a 30 second drive down the road. The employees are nice but Jamie is just destroying her “business” It always stinks inside. Others have mentioned the overwhelming smell of bleach inside. I can’t imagine the deli meat is held at a safe temperature. I used to send my friends to get sandwiches from here and they have gotten sick and they said it is gross and too expensive. Do yourself a favor and go less than a mile down the road to The Depot and get quality food and drinks for a significantly less price!

The owner Jamie is so rude. I've come in multiple times and she never greets you. She needs a serious attitude adjustment which others have mentioned. I've come in numerous times to spend money and she's so unwelcoming. Everyone in town has the same thing to say about her which is embarrassing. You'd think as a woman business owner in the community she would want her store to thrive. You'd think with The Depot down the road she would want to make money but no.. The Depot doesn't upcharge almost $5 for certain things especially since it's a 30 second drive down the road. The employees are nice but Jamie is just destroying her "business" It always stinks inside. Probably why there's always a strong nauseating bleach/cleaning smell like others have mentioned. I can't imagine the deli meat is held at a safe temperature. I used to send my friends to get sandwiches from here and they have gotten sick and they said it is gross and too expensive. Service was not friendly. Person taking our order acted like we were annoying them. Service was a little slow; there were 4 girls behind the counter and it took them about 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Zero ambiance in this deli and it smells strongly of cleaning supplies/bleach.BUT...the sandwich, pasta salad, and pixie were surprisingly delicious. We'd go back.

We stopped to get something from the deli. I can say the food was mostly good but the person behind the counter was not so friendly. She seemed like she did not want to be there or helping any customers either. Perhaps she was just having a bad day but the attitude she displayed was a downer. Thank goodness for the food. With warm weather just around the corner maybe things will be better for the dinner rush. It is a neat place to stop in and see.

Super helpful staff, killer location, and a good selection of exactly what you may find yourself needing while in the immediate vicinity.Liquor prices seem to be blue book minimum (at least the few I checked)

Best breakfast bagels ever and so appreciate having a “place” to purchase items on the North side of the bridge!

Decent place to grab a sandwich or snack when all the other venues are packed with tourists and long waits.
