“This place has wonderful food!! We have had 4 or 5 different things, and they have not disappointed! When you go into town, you get "2-3hour wait". The Lodge: "20 minutes" is the longest we have waited during tourist season. Parking lot is ALWAYS full (great sign of a good establishment)”

It's super popular with the tourist crowd, but locals love it too.. especially in the off-season. They do serve lunch, you know! “My friend and I took a road trip on Tuesday, Dec 12th, from Holland down to the Benton Harbor area, so we decided to give Dave's a try based on their reviews. We were anything but disappointed! The food was great, our server Nikki was awesome, and the prices were very competitive. Nikki was handling the dining room all by herself. She kept up just fine. She was fun, funny, and really made our visit enjoyable. Next time I'm in South Haven I will definitely go back!Parking: Plenty of room for the size of the restaurant.”

A MUST DO for a quick slice or sub to get you through the moments and onto another great memory with your family!!!! “The concession stand sells everything from coffee to ice cream/food! The ice cream has various flavor selections and is very convenient after a long beach day! It's a bit expensive but worth it on a hot day.”
