I was charged over 20% gratuity for myself. I tipped on top of that because at the time was unaware of the charge. My first Plantation rum was 8.00. The second was 15.00. Mixed with Coke in the same short glass. Very unnecessary to double dip on tips with me. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and know how to tip! Great renovation and awesome drinks! I look forward to the Arrival of food.
