We were coming home from out of town and my husband and i were craving Jimmy John's so I stopped at this location....they got my order wrong: husband's sandwich was ok, but my Vitto was messed up, it had mayo!!!! Why in the world you had to add mayo to a Vitto!! ???!!! i did not requested this, I did however asked for hot peppers to be added, as stated in my receipt.... needless to say hot peppers were nowhere to be found... ordered a spear of pickle, and almost 1/2 of it was bad, had to threw away, this was clearly noticed by whoever cut it in half and wrapped it, but obviously didn't care about the quality of product offered to customers..we were so tired after long drive, wasn't going to drive back to your location, so i removed as much mayo from sandwich as possible, but damage was done..I''m never going back to this location.I'll stick to other ones even if I need to drive further away, like Oakland Ave and/or even Hanley.
