Went to get food was told they didnt my order. i could see my order at least a ordsr the aize of what mine should be but noone looked at that bag. now they r closed when i get to see manger who says to come tomoerow and it will be replaced. tomorrow plaved orded and pull up and told back up by police. i just miased a shooting so again mo food. called 1800 number noone has returned my calls nor refunded my money.
Ordered online to be ready at 1130am. I did not receive order until 1215pm. The order was missing all the dips and I only received fries when I had ordered other sides as well. Workers looked confused when dealing with customers. One worker kept scratching her head and then giving customers their orders with no gloves on or washed hands. I will never go back to this location.

The order taker was great but when you get the order it is messed up. They forget my extra dipping sauce in inclement weather they think that I am about to come back out to get it. They treat you as if it was your fault for them messing up the order. It leaves a disdain for Wing Stop in general. I now know why I have not ordered anything from the place in a very long time.
