As was the pollo, asada and al pastor. The red side sauce was brilliant. If you are hungry stop here and get your taco fix. It will not disappoint and now I know why it has such high reviews. I'm pretty familiar with amazing Mexican food!And @Joe K who gave one star, complained about no bathroom, limited parking, no seating? ITS A TACO TRUCK... And one of the best I've ever eaten at. Unreal... LOL And the meat was not even close to double grilled... Go back to Taco Bell where they have all the seating you want, tons of parking, lots of toilets... and tacos made with 49% meat that taste like cardboard. Sounds like the place for you!”

“We were visiting from out of town recently and on our last full day of vacay we drove to Fletcher Village Bakery and Cafe for coffee and bkfst. The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.”

We picked this placed because of the Yelp reviews...and let me just say it rose to the occasion! SO many ice cream flavors to choose from and the ones we tried were all amazing. Homemade, thick & creamy! Best ice cream I've had in Hendersonville. Super affordable. I ordered the mango sorbet with the chili sauce (can't remember what it was called) but holy Cow it was AMAZING! “My day started off poor after receiving a flat tire on I26. Things suddenly took a stupendous turn when I found myself at the Fletcher Subway next to Smiley's flea market. I was greeted by a very helpful small young man who helped make me the most delicious sub to ever touch my lips. There was true passion in the way he handled my order. I could see the ingredients piercing his little eyes behind his glasses. He smiled as he lathered my sauces and wrapped my footlong with his delicate hands. I will certainly be going back to this location with a skip in my step to visit that helpful little boy with a skip in my step. I love subway and I love Fletcher North Carolina!”
