“An absolute gem in the Asheville craft beer scene and an easy hop from Sierra Nevada. My favorite this time was the limited release Where the Boat Leaves From - a delightful toasted coconut blonde ale. My husband chose an IPA flight and can’t decide between the Blue Ghost IPA and the Grapefruit IPA for his favorite. There is so much to love about what this brewery is up to! Their Hungry Ghost food truck was a delicious surprise and their firefly Biergarten is magical at twilight…“

It was my first time and it was truly such a pleasure. My friend and I have decided that every Sunday- Sierra Nevada will be our go to spot.(I’d post pictures of our food and beer flights butttt we tore them up- it was so phenomenal) 10000/10!!!!“
“Great offerings for lovers of all types of beers. Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor areas including the Meadows section and frisbee golf course. Very unique setting and very friendly and knowledgeable servers. Relaxing spot and one of the top breweries in NC.“
“Great atmosphere, great beer and great food!“
“Fun brewery to stop at and very kid friendly. If you have young kids then this is the place for you. We always search out kid friendly areas and this hit the spot. There was a large variety of beers with something for everyone. Great spot for kids to play with put put golf, a slide, small soccer field, etc. They also have a rotation of food trucks.“
“Great stop! They have a parking lot (Yay!) and street parking. The beer garden looked inviting, but we sat inside to chat up our bartender. I didn't catch her name, but she said she worked the bar infrequently. That was our good fortune. We enjoyed our beers and the conversation we had with another couple. Definitely a stop to make if you're in the area!“

“my favorite spot for cider! they have a great outside venue for music and family time. loved our bartender, lily, lovely girl with a spunky personality. efficient cider pourer. she even cut me off when i'd had too many drinks! very responsible. will be back.“
“We visited this brewery during our week long trip to Pisgah with our two German shorthair pointers. Our hike was rained out, though we attempted it anyway. After aborting the hike due to weather, we decided to look for a place to get a mid-day beer. We looked at a couple breweries, even drove to Sierra Nevada Brewery. SN was disappointing since their outdoor area was not covered nor open for service apparently. We then went to Burning Blush to check it out. This was also one of few places open at noon (and it was a weekday). Lucky for us, they allow pups inside, which was a plus given the weather. The place was quiet but as I said, was a weekday with terrible weather. The beers were great, the food truck was amazing, and the staff were very kind. They gave our pups a few biscuits (which they loved). My dogs are my kids, so I'm happy to have found this place! Def recommend if traveling with furry friends! We would 100% go back when we are in the area again. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO OUR POINTERS!“
“I'ma give you guys a five star review but with a request.Y'all need to warn people about those jalapeno poppers.I have no idea who thought it would be a good idea to leave all of the seeds in the jalapeno poppers and then serve them to customers. Truly felt like I was metaphorically getting tossed the finger.Y'all are wild for that one.“
“Veteran owned and operated! The owner and I have actually been to some of the same places in Germany!! Everyone is very friendly!“
“This local beer is great and options for inside and outside is super comfortable for dog-loving families. Lively because of the warm , friendly patrons & associates. Food options are full of variety, flavor, quality, and value. A win-win-win all around.“
“Pretty good selection of beers, great band and lots of indoor seating. Easy parking. Food via food truck outside and some finger food inside, but no restaurant. It is very much a beer lover's brewery, but offers wine, sodas and hot tea also.“
“Great selection of beers , value and food ! Very good customer service . The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that we sat outside with our 4 year old dog and the full food menu is NOT available outside … They treat dog owners as 2nd class citizens .. I heard they make the best chicken wings and pretzels with mustard , but they would not serve it outside ! I either have to leave my dog at home or else break up the party of 3 humans to enjoy the full menu inside and leave my dog and companions to eat separately.. I sure hope and pray that they reconsider this corporate policy ! Regardless of this, I would recommend that you visit this place if you are ever in the Asheville , N.C. area .“

“The aesthetic of this place is awesome. It is definitely one of the more unique breweries that I have been to. The seating and decor is unique and the wooden build really adds to the vibe. To the NA beer drinkers out there, they have options!“

“The nickname "Malt Disney World" truly fits. This place is amazing. I took the brewery tour and was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly Madison was. Afterwards, I had a few beers in the taproom, and honestly I didn't want to leave! Amazing experience from beginning to end, and I can't wait to come back!“
