Randomly dropped through when taking a friend on a trip down memory lane. Both of us are alumni of NCSU and was happy to see all of the upgraded options on Hillsborough street. Happy to support a local chain. Really loved the emphasis on healthy quick service, and it was quick. Customer service was an A plus he was really nice and helped when you didn’t know what to get and explained the ingredients. I saw him helping the person in front of me. The food is also really good and we had a fun talk with the cashier. The music is also good and the seating area with the decorations! Will come here again. I got the Seoul Box on white rice. The beef and other toppings were good, but the rice wasn't. I was expecting sticky short grain rice, but their rice is difficult to pick up with chopsticks and has a slightly hard texture. The food isn't bad, but if you're expecting fluffy Asian-style rice, you might be disappointed.
