The man with the scruffy hair who usually takes orders is very sweet. You can tell he’s always doing a lot and they can be pretty busy around lunch time. The staff in general is always nice and even when it’s slammed they are polite and courteous.
There's nothing great about these hoagies. I'll get one when there's no time to get frt Primos. There doesn't seem to be enough meat on a regular hoagie, however, it will do in a pinch,.

Awesome Jimmy Johns right across from the Sheraton. Very nice staff, and they made the sandwhiches super fast. Really tasty subs too.If you like Jimmy Johns, and are nearby, this is a good spot to pick.
