I’m now a Larry’s customer for life. An incorrect order was shipped to me. When I informed them of the mixup, they sent me a return label to ship it back for free. And before I even shipped it back, I received the correct order…with an extra little gift too! :) A responsible company with delicious coffee and excellent customer service. My cousin bought me some Franks French Roast for my birthday. All I can say is WOW! I use a foamer for my cream and the earth cocoa tones I get are amazing! Already well into my first two pound bag purchase!
