I live right down the street from the Seaboard store. I don’t go very often because I’ve been disappointed. But it’s been there a while now and periodically I get suckered into trying it again as it must be good to someone if it’s lasted that long. Tonight I ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan. It is listed as gluten free. I asked the surly young woman with the mask around her chin to let the chef know. She did not. I get home and take a few bites of this dish and then realize that instead of the normal white sauce it was prepare with a brown sauce. It had soy sauce in it which contains wheat. The meal went in the trash and I’ll be sick for days.
