Hands down, this is the most authentic Mexican restaurant! The attention to detail is impressive, starting with the complimentary chips. The service is excellent, particularly Jose, who is a top-notch server. You will not be disappointed.

Some of the best food we have had since moving to North Carolina. Husbands burrito was massive. I got the rolled tacos and they were delicious and I couldn't even finish them the plate was huge. Their guacamole was delicious and also a massive portion. Our server Benjamin was very attentive and on point with everything. Thank yall for a great experience!!

Torero we had something magical for years. Now you're a place of empty reminders of our past. Shilling out dishes that fall short of mediocrity. I ordered a "Seafood" burrito (quotes intentional) the bulk of it was squash and zucchini. Seasoned with four grey scallops. I ate one of these scallops without looking at it and saw my past. A past when Torero's was good. Call it a gringo tax. Tax I'm not going to pay again.

Took my mother here for the first time. I've been a customer of Torero's since 2005 in Goldsboro, NC. Our go-to for meetings, dates, or I just wanted good food. I didn't get the performer's name, but his voice was beautiful. Since I have been in Raleigh this is my spot.Kid-friendliness: She was pleasant and attentive to my daughters. She brought the youngest food out first.

Soooooooo Good!Vegetarian options: My husband has such a hard time deciding between the veggie enchiladas or the spinach enchiladas. He loves them both!
Firstly, the person who answers the phone is unprofessional. Second, I ordered the Texanas. The meat was dry. 5 shrimp, overcooked steak, dry chicken, and it was unseasoned. They even gave me burnt tortilla chips. I was going to take my food back but this review is worth gold. Keith Lee wouldn't even chew their food up! Not to mention, I found a piece of hair in my container with the cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. They put no effort into my food. The Torreros in Goldsboro is way better ! For their restaurant to be in Raleigh, I thought it was gonna be bussing, but it was nasty and DISGUSTING??

Always quick service, very nice outdoor seating area, food is good but not as good as El Dorado. Varied menu, decent prices.
