We went today excited. I will say the food was great and it was a nice laid back environment. We will say customer service was subpar. We were greeted while we were getting our stroller settled etc. After about 15 minutes another waitress comes and asks for our order and we tell her what drinks we would like. We get our food it was great, fresh, and hot. No one after that checked on us till we had all the baskets stacked waiting for the check. My husband had to go up to the bar to even get our drinks refilled while we were eating. Once we left they yelled out of the restaurant “you didn’t tip don’t come back” We were disappointed for sure at the fact that if they would have even filled out drink we would have tipped we are normally generous with our tips. Although we didn’t feel it was granted with the service we received.

The bartender in the back room asked for a card since we had a crowd. They put a pending charge for $50 in which was fine. The problem is 3 days later the pending charge and the full bill hit my account plus two $4.17 charges!! Do not trust going back there again!!
