“It’s in the food court on the 2nd floor. Food was really good, I was so hungry and this was both tasty and filling. It wasn’t breathtakingly amazing but it wasn’t bad either. Just really good. The drinks are expensive like a bottle of water was $3. The food wasn’t cheap either, an average meal was $12 but it satisfied me. Also they have white rice it’s just not on display, you only need to ask.?“

“You can sense that you're going to have fun as soon as you step through the door. If you ask me, the ugly crab is a better alternative than the others. It's delicious and fresh to boil. Without a doubt, I would return to this place. Also get the Shirley temple. ☺️“

“We tried Hook & Reel for the first time and enjoyed it so much, we went back 2 days later. The food was well prepared, delicious, and served hot. Yummy lobster bisque, I ordered a 2nd bowl after finishing the first! Fried calamari was yummy as well. The raw oysters were perfect and the boil with Hook & Reel's own Cajun sauce was outstanding. Our server, Moe, was friendly and very efficient; he makes your dining experience error-free so you can relax and enjoy the meal. The Manager here gets credit for a well-run ship! He really appreciates the customers and it shows. You will definitely want to eat here frequently. Great service, tasty food, relaxed atmosphere - you won't be disappointed.“
“First time at Crossroads for Frank Turner last night & it was an awesome experience. I read that their parking lot is small so I arrived early & was relieved to get one of the last spots in the lot & didn't have to look for street parking in an area I'm not familiar with. Staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was delicious & portions were very generous. The show was amazing - I'm so happy I got to see Frank in such a small & intimate venue. I will definitely return for more shows in the future!!“

“pricy, friendly staff, fast take out, had #14 TIGER ROLL, very good, excellent fresh fish but NO CRUNCH on top as advertised which is what makes this particular roll taste better. Piece of lemon would have added more taste so that's why I only gave it 4 starts., probably return when I'm in the area. .“

“make your own Poke bowls are amazing! And the seafood boil is heaven!!“
“Had the catfish poboy at uptown night Market! They told me 15 minutes was done in 15 minutes. It was a large fried catfish filet and it was perfectly crispy. I think the tartar sauce may have needed a little more salt but overall great experience. Reminded me of Louisiana“

“I have been a customer since opening day way back when. Today, I was a bit disappointed. Jose's rice was extremely salty. 2 of us could not eat it. I am disappointed in the nachos. You used to have fabulous flour tortilla chips. Not any more. They are corn. Overdone. Not a fan. Tortillas were great, especially the duo of skirt steak and chicken. Go back to the old flour tortilla nachos!“

“Amazing food i love Haitian food , there soup jumou every Sunday and saturday morning is the best, it taste just like mammi would make it at home, it's spicy yet not over doing it,savory so you can taste the time it took to cook it ,plenty of fresh beef, squash , dumplings and macaroni to go oh lala over. They make it only on Sundays and Saturday. There customer service makes me proud to be Haitian ,the ladies there are not rude bizzy but not rude. It's a bar setting so limited to no seat's. Call ahead if you want or come inside and order usually 10 to 15 minutes wait time not long at all. The price are average good price 10 ,15 to 20 daller plates, depends what type of meat you order fish, goat and oxtail large plates are usually 20 dallers.“

“Overall this is a good spot to come after work or the weekend. Have gone here several times and each time was different experiences. Food is always good maybe a tad salty and drinks are always on point. Service is on the slower side but it seems to be food is made fresh. Only thing I don’t like is someone suggesting we give a tip and literally standing around and watching/waiting for it. (Don’t want to get into details on this post) Also don’t agree with staff coming up saying “I said hello but y’all wasn’t paying attention.” Otherwise, I love the music selection, karaoke night and pool table. Family is regulars so I’ll be back.“

“Since 2003, the brainchild of the husband-and-wife duo team, Albert and Yanick Ranieri, have opened this premier restaurant and martini bar located on Valley Street in South Orange. Upon entering and translating from the French, a "butterfly" insignia floated above the bar, illuminating the various hues of the 57 martini and specialty cocktails offered. The interior evoked a sophisticated and modern vibe, with the lighting being subtle. Reservations were made by one of our party members calling the restaurant yesterday for some of us as first-timers. Greeted by the host, a table was waiting for us. The menu merges American, Caribbean, French, and Italian cuisine, leaning toward Southern and Cajun-style dishes. As an appetizer, my partner, our friends and I decided on the corn and crab croquettes. For our main meal, we opted for Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp with Maryland Crab Meat, Jambalaya, Coq Au Vin, Organic Roasted Chicken Breast, and Linguine with Shrimp. A complimentary assortment of breads with butter started our meal, which some of us washed with French martini. The food was delicious, and the sauces were flavorful. However, there was a slight snafu with the wording of one of the items on the menu, which was brought to the manager's attention. Listed was organic roasted chicken breast served with caramelized carrots, but what was received was the breast with part of the wings and carrots not caramelized. The service was wonderful, and our server was Mohammed. It was a nice time spent, which we could recommend.“
