“Met up with my partner after a rehearsal she had down here (she’s the best!) anywho - tried to walk into red hook tavern without a res (like a coupla chumps!). They saidIt was gonna be a seven year wait til we could get the shrimp cocktail, so tail-between-our-legs we hobbled down Van Brunt (like adorable animated dogs from a 90’s Disney Movie) and poked our heads into TGFP (we are on an acronym basis at this point ;) - the vibes ? Immaculate. The food? Indescribable (( actually think the burger rivals RHT ?)), but I digress - unpretentious, creative menu, another gem of the neighborhood. Come here folks or I’ll come and get you !“

“Strictly takeout. Very nice owners. Our bowls were delicious, especially the ponzu sauce and wasabi mayo. Salmon was very fresh and tender. Eel was excellent. Next time I will pay the $3 extra for double protein. They also have sushi. There is a loyalty program. Buy 10 bowls get the 11th free. I will definitely be back.“

“pre-made poke was much better as bowl is wider than custom pick 3, which is narrow bowl.As others suggested, with such bowl, all the sauces remain on top and you end up eating rice on tbe bottom without the sauce. ?Bubble tea is so so, don't have hugh expectations as this is not a Boba place.Vegetarian options: tofu“

“Regardless of the free Thai Iced Tea offer, I would rate this place is 5 stars. Most nights, my partner and I hold ourselves back from spending all our hard earnings on Piki Poke because of just how refreshing, delicious, and flavorful their food is. As I write this review, I think back to this morning when we squealed about possibly getting Piki Poke. It was our reward for a Friday morning hard work. The salmon and ahi tuna is so fresh; crab salad is perfectly salty; veggies and fruits combined for a light yet filling meal. Also, their staff are SO welcoming, everytime I’ve been they greet me kindly and walk me through the menu.“

“Delish and so so fresh! Got the goma shoyu tuna which is just basic rice with tuna, avocado garlic chips and seaweed salad but it was soooo good. The fish is so fresh and the seaweed salad was extremely flavorful. The place is very quaint and cozy with a few barstools and the guy at the front is helpful with any questions. Simple and good place definitely will come back again!!“

“The cashiers were nice and very patient. After a long time of staring at the menu I ended up ordering the #4 combo. Waited for 15 mins before the food was served, and was pleasantly surprised with all the food that I got. The Buffalo tender fries were delicious and had a generous amount of tenders and fries. The mozzarella sticks were nicely sized, perfectly fried, and filled with cheese. The pickles were fresh and helps neutralize all the fried food. Lastly, the sandwiches were good, the vegetables were fresh, but the chicken was lacking in flavor and had some dark color breading on it which made it taste slightly bitter. And because of that, I had to deduct one star. But overall, excellent value for excellent food!!“

“The best poke I've honestly ever had. The options are endless, the portions are generous. Even ordering is made simple and they work fast. I got salmon poke with the beef bulgogi over a bed of greens and rice. I loved the unlimited options of toppings and ended up trying most. The creamy kimchi dressing was surprisingly the perfect kick to the bowl but I still neededbthe ponzu sauce on the side. I ate the whole thing and didn't feel heavy or bloated. And the healthy serving of avocado was only $1!!! The bowl was only $17, very reasonable for the quality and overall quantity. I am so impressed with this place and will definitely be coming back.“

“This is the best poke I've had living in NYC for 10 years. I absolutely love the quality of the fish and the toppings. Have been eating their bowls for over a year -- at one point multiple times a week and they are very consistent. They have an excellent and unique beverage selection. The staff is extremely friendly and kind -- with the decorative flower being a nice touch.I had one occasion where GrubHub made a mistake and the owner of Poke Tiky Bar made it right (no questions asked), which is above-and-beyond in my opinion. There is limited indoor seating, but the restaurant is well decorated and in an ideal location. Plenty of outdoor seating for the warmer months. I could not recommend this place more. The best! 10/10“

“Love this spot, they are always nice and super quick, great selection, pretty good value and most importantly, it's fresh, no spot to dine in, take our or delivery only but a really great poke bowl. Great variety, doesn't get boring.“

“?????I can't get enough of this poke spot! Seriously, it's become my go-to whenever I'm in need of a satisfying and healthy meal. The bowls are incredibly filling, and I love how they strike that perfect balance between nutritious and delicious. But what really sets this place apart is the vibe and the staff. Sho, who works there, is an absolute gem. Always with a smile, always welcoming, and can we talk about his music taste? It's like he has a direct line to my playlist! Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of fishiness, but here, they nail it. Not too fishy at all, just the perfect amount of flavor and kick. I'm seriously craving it just thinking about it.Count me in for another visit soon! ?“

“Recently tried this place for the first time and it exceeded my expectations! It was my first time trying a Poke bowl and now I'm hooked. I'm always excited to see new places pop up that offer vegetarian options. I got the fried Tofu as my protein option and it was perfectly cooked. All of the ingredients were super fresh and the toppings and sauces were excellent. Love the bubble tea, too!“

“Great spot for lunch during work - had a long line when I went but it moved really fast! Lots of options to choose from and food was very fresh. They give you good portions and can get busy during lunch hour, so keep that in mind. Was really cute inside as well and the workers were friendly.“

“I’m so happy I found this place! Everywhere in NY I’ve tried Poke Bowls and they are not to my taste. This place is amazing! Ordering third day in a row and the service is great- fresh ingredients, house poke sauce is delicious and the delivery is very fast! Will definitely keep ordering!“

“This place is my new favorite. I went in expecting to buy a snack bowl for dinner, toward the end of the night. They were very generous toward me for my 2-minute wait, and I regret not getting to leave a tip because there wasn’t a jar, but this is the best assembly line fast food poké I’ve ever had. All the ingredients are super fresh and stand out on their own, but I wish I could order a whole bowl of the spicy mango, a bottle of the spicy ponzu, and a large fish’s worth of salmon sashimi. The portions are gigantic for the price, especially in that part of town. Like most restaurants, I wish this one would use less oil, but I will otherwise make the 1 hour trek one way just to get a bowl from here again.“

“Very cute decor and entry than a upper level of seatings. Love the option of creating your own bowl. Pen and menu ready for you place your own order. Wasnt much service or greetings exchanged either but just got some grins. Service point vise definitely needs improvements. We created our own bowls. Love and enjoyed every part of it. All fresh ingredients. Tuna and salmon so fresh. Portion wasn't as big as my 8 yr old daughter could finish her bowl and still not full. We also ordered 2 light bulb drinks. The pina colda was really good. I always ask for less sweet and they made it. Got pineapple bits in it. The passion fruit came with jelly. Was too sweet even requested to make it less sweet. Overall we enjoy our lunch. We pay for fresh ingredients and good quality food and received it. The poke bowls were delish with compliment of their sauces. We got to try them. Definitly go back if we are around the area. Again services can improve.“

“I live for the Honolulu Salmon Poke Plenty Bowl and crave it for lunch regularly. It's fresh, delicious, and a satisfying portion without being too much (I'm looking at you, Chipotle burrito). It's a little pricey but worth it imo. The line gets very long at lunchtime so I recommend ordering online and picking up.“

“2/3 Food + Beverages; 1/1 Service; 1/1 Value I found PokeRice spontaneously and I am so glad I found this gem! It is bright and airy with limited seating, including a communal set up. Given their location, however, taking the food to-go to Washington Sq. Park or the West Village piers is accessible and very pleasant on a warm day, which is what my friend and I ended up doing. Service is quick and efficient, and they also have some deals, e.g. free miso soup with the purchase of a poke bowl. Unlike many other poké restaurants, there is no limit on mix-ins and toppings at PokeRice and they allow half/half bases with no additional cost. I love getting many mix-ins for a variety of flavors and textures, so this was right up my alley. Every ingredient tasted fresh and prepared with care, even the fruits and veggies that are not in season (e.g. mangoes)! My only qualm is that I wish the spicy salmon was better seasoned and spicier. They really packed in all of the ingredients and do not skimp on the proteins, such that even though I got a medium (2 proteins), I could probably make one bowl last two meals.“

““O Poke” in Brooklyn is fantastic! They serve up the best poke bowls in town. The place has a cozy vibe, and the staff are super friendly. You get to pick your ingredients, so every bowl feels customized just for you. Trust me, once you try their poke bowls, you'll keep coming back for more. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!“

“Extremely clean environment and very friendly n helpful staff... I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!! Bubble Tea’s & ice cream flavors were AWSOME!!! I highly recommend...“

“The food was great, but not for the price of nearly 20 dollars for a small poke bowl. I could make this at home and still have enough money to feed a village with this price… I think that it was also discomforting to have clear glass walls looking in at either Herald Sq. or the Urban Outfitters this restaurant is annexed to. Though the design is pretty, it’s not very practical to have to stare at pedestrians and clothing shoppers while trying to enjoy my food. Regardless pretty good.“

“These bowls are so amazing! When I first moved to New York I was looking for healthy and affordable food options and this quickly became my go-to. The teriyaki salmon is my favorite protein but to be honest everything has a very good taste. The only thing I don't like is that it really isn't my favorite place to sit down and eat.“
