“Been here a few times, so decided to stop in again today, as it was cold, rainy, and dreary and I needed a coffee. This shop is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The interior is charming and inviting, and the staff are always pleasant, kind, and helpful. Relaxing music plays from the speakers, the smell of coffee permeates the air, and various baked goods are available for purchase. Patrons are also very friendly each time, given the inviting nature of the shop. I usually opt for the latte, which is consistently satisfying. “We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“
