“We booked my sister's surprise 30th Birthday at the Tap Room in Patchogue and had the BEST experience! Both bartenders were so kind and accommodating the entire time! Also, booking was a breeze! I was in great communication with the Event Coordinators throughout the entire process prior to the party. They were always prompt in answering questions and super friendly. Everyone at the party loved the food (we ordered a few trays of apps) and did the open bar package. The night couldn't have gone any better!“

“My boyfriend and I love Buttermilk’s! It’s one of our absolute favorite date spots. Perfect for breakfast or lunch! Extensive menu of food and drinks with a lot of creative specials! There’s usually a wait when we go, but we never wait as long as they tell us we might have to. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is AWESOME! “There are a lot of great things about this place. For starters, the owner, Jackie, usually welcomes you at the door. On quiet evenings, she'll even ask you where you'd like to sit. If you've been there a couple of times, she may even remember which wine you ordered last visit. You can casually sit at the bar or on the leather couches and graze on cheese or meat boards while sipping on one of the many wonderful wine options served here. Jackie travels aboard to define and complement the restaurant's vast collection. If you're having dinner, the burrata appetizer and the tuna dinner are both amazing. Tables are spaced for privacy and you are never rushed. A great local option!“

“If you want Indian food in long island, this is the place to go. Excellent host and servers. As myself am not a person who eats spicy food, there are a rich variety of dishes to choose from including mango lassi if you are sensitive to spicyness. From naan to curry, everything overall is excellent. “I landed upon Greath South Bar last night after searching high and low online for a Tuesday night open mic on Long Island. Sign up was at 7:00pm and the mic started at 7:30. Now I've pervious performed at and attended over 100 open mics, at different bars, venues, houses etc, and believe me when I say this was one of my all-time favorite. All the musicians were super talented, the host was a pro's pro, and the audience were incredibly supportive & engaging. The space just felt warm, friendly and had a calm yet electric buzz the entire evening. Also, the bartender, Penny, really seemed to set the tone for the entire bar. She is extremely welcoming, witty and just an all-around positive person. You can tell she really enjoys her job and makes sure that her patrons are having a good time. I was sticking to non-alcoholic ginger beer all night and she only charged me $2 each, how kind is that?! All in all, a true gem of a bar with an open mic that I will 1,000% return to.“

“While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“Used to go here for metal shows when it was Finns. Glad to see the local scence is still alive and well here. Love their stage room. The black lights and the black light recsssive images along with the color changing lights pointed at the pictures make an awesome effect. The sound quality is very good. The art everywhere is great. The bartender was also kind and made good drinks. The bathrooms were clean and upkept well.“

“Happened upon this restaurant while visiting Port Jefferson. And glad we did. Got here early enough that we could get a table right away. Steve took great care of us without being overbearing. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms, which were so freaking good. For main course my husband got the Chicken & Sausage Scarpiello, and I had the Veal Scallopini - both were delicious. We finished off sharing the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake. This exceeded my expectations. Everything was so good that my husband wants to go back tomorrow!“

“So— this place has me perplexed. I feel like John Taffer needs to come here and haul this place and make it what it’s worth. The first thing I asked for when I sat at the bar was a drink menu. The bartender did a ??‍♀️??‍♀️we don’t have one? Idk I’d think a bar on one of the most famous Long Island lakes would be a little more high end. The landscaping and overall care of the building is lacking. Rocks everywhere / Old chairs and cushions kinda thrown in the corner and dirty. Despite many signs asking smokers (and I’m a smoker) to use receptacles. There were cigarette butts lodged in between the deck boards outside. This place has SO MUCH potential. The beach view is beautiful and the set up for the band outside looked really nice m- but we were leaving then. The bathrooms were also filthy. The bartender made me a nice drink, good amount of alcohol and around 10 bucks.But come ON guys. You have so much potential for that place.Overall I would return because of the view and the staff were nice.“

“Let me start this review by saying that I love shooting pool here, every one is so friendly.The owners are very nice people, they will make you feel at home. The pool tables are well maintained, and the place is very clean, including the bathroom. Music plays in the background, but at just the right level. Their rates are very affordable. Service is fast but never rushed, accommodating to extra needs and delightful to talk to. Tonight we had Carissa who was so charming and made great recommendations for our experience. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our crab legs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great girls night ! Get the Cajun blend any time you do a boil, you won’t be disappointed!“

“They don't really have food but man is this place to go on a Wed night for Karaoke! Shout out to the owner Brendan the owner! My business holds its network meeting their the 3rd Thursday of every month and what he does to give back to the community is amazing. One if the greatest guys you'll ever meet! You can also hit it up for events like the car show they have on certain Sundays, bingo night, and awesome DJ's! Def lookout for Barb the DJ! She's the best with the classic party hits ! And don't forget to tip your bartender well cause they make the best drinks and one of the few places they have fresh frozen drinks made with the blender and coffee!! Yum“

“I always try asian restaurants in the neighborhood when I moved in. This place is by far the greatest Asian food in Port Jeff area. My husband, my toddler son, and my family members just love going to this place to enjoy noodle and fried rice. Have been tried this place like 100+ times by now but always liked it. “I absolutely love the social. This is the newest up and coming restaurant/bar in patchogue. The food is top notch. They have so many options for pizza and alternatives for people with dietary restrictions. The owners are so sweet, amazing and accommodating.
