“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee in Nassau county!“

“my boyfriend & i have been coming here since their soft opening. and usually visit on his scooter bc of its close distance. as avid boba connoisseurs, we love the consistency with our drinks flavor wise. our only main piece of concern is that the boba is a tad too soft (we prefer chewy) and hot temperature wise which ends up melting our drinks. they’ve always offered to remake it if that was the case but otherwise, we love this location!“

They have a ton of options available when it comes to any kind of flavor you could want with your coffee, I opted for their drip with raspberry, which was absolutely delightful. If you don't do your drip right, there's no way you do anything else well, so this is a good sign for my return trip! They offer several teas and an assortment of baked goods to eat as well, if coffee isn't your thing. Staff was very friendly and service was quick to boot. There are a bunch of tables inside and out if you choose to stay awhile, but it is limited and the place seems to fill up pretty quick. Plenty of parking close by either on the street or in the municipal lots in back of the building.“

“This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle. It was perfect. Not dry. And the sauce, it was a perfect addition.“

“This has been my beach for 58 years. I've seen the beach grow. I've seen the beach shrink. I've seen play items. Come and go. It's a great beach. It's protected by the Robert Moses sand bar. The food is good and fairly priced for being at a beach. They've added a bar area and it looks good. I'm not a drinker so I wouldn't know. The best thing they've added is closed showers. You can wash off and more showers outside to rinse feet. I love the upstairs area when I go in the winter it's protected, but you still get to enjoy the beach.“

All so delicious...and healthy! What was interesting to learn is that none of the smoothies are made with milk, only water and the protein powder!The consistency of the smoothies was perfect: not very thick, not watery. Crystal told us that they are meant to be meal replacements and should therefore keep one full for 2-3 hours. That was definitely the case with me - got our smoothies early afternoon, and I personally did not get my appetite back until dinner time!I enjoyed my smoothie, but I came here with the intention of getting a protein power bowl (had been craving one from the night before). “Ordered a sweet greens juice which was surprisingly refreshing and a Ham panini with fries and it was like going back in time to my moms house for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich which just warmed the soul. I ordered a chicken quesadilla to go and it came with rice and beans and a side salad with guac and sour cream and a zesty dressing which was delicious. I will definitely be returning for lunch and trying something new. They have a pretty extensive menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. I originally went there for a smoothie and opted to try something else which clearly was a good decision. I saw that they even serve ice cream which is a plus for me.Parking: I parked right next to the restaurant it looked like it was spacious enough to have a few clients at a time and i did not pay. I believe there is street parking but that road is busy since its near a highway exit so i could be wrong. There may even be paid parking across the street or adjacent but i wasnt paying much attention to thatKid-friendliness: I can only assume its kid friendly since its a restaurant and they serve ice cream and have snacks on a shelf. I do not remember if they had a kids menu but you can feed kids anything from there in moderationWheelchair accessibility: Double doors and enough space to get in and out from the restaurant as well as accommodations since the tables are not tall and chairs can be moved out of the way. Side walk seems to have enough space to go from parking lot to the front door and into location just fine“
