Delicious tofu bao! It wasn’t spicy but had a great chipotle aioli touch. It’s slightly pricey (~$5/piece) but the outdoor seating is nice, and has a jenga set to play with friends.
Have been here a few times and have gotten the red curry, Szechuan beef noodle, and dumplings. Overall the flavors are interesting, not in the best way, just that it’s different to combine mayo-like sauce and kale and marinated onions with a traditional Chinese dish like Szechuan beef noodles. But the noodles were chewy and beef was flavorful, so happy with my lunch.

I stopped by the union square urban space location for the first time today!. I had the tempura shrimp, cow bao plus popcorn chicken combo which was awesome!!. I’m really glad that they have a location here so I can just walk down the street even when I can’t make it to Bryant park!. Looking forward to coming back!
