Overall a great restaurant. The manager even helped out with a dispute with the parking garage next door. My only criticism was although the service was very good it was a bit rushed for no reason as it was not busy. Advice: slow down service and you will sell more drinks and dessert. Would definitely go back.

My friend and I were thrilled with the menu suggestions that our server made. The arugula salad was delicious, the steak for two was cooked perfectly, and the German potatoes were a nice side dish. The service was impeccable, as well. I highly recommend Ben and Jacks to anyone visiting NYC.
