Did takeout on Saturday. The food was ready on time. The mixed berry scone was a bit too sweet in my opinion, as the additional sugar crystals on top are too much. I prefer a more traditional old fashion scone which isn't as sweetened (personal preference). The grilled chicken sandwich was filling and well presented. Flavorful according to my friend who ordered. The country breakfast was big and extremely filling. The biscuit came separate when doing takeout, with its jam and butter. I ordered the eggs scrambled and they were very good and not too salty, which provided a good balance with the slice of ham, which is. The texture of the eggs were nice. Felt like a true southern brunch.Overall very satisfied and the staff was friendly during pickup. I definitely want to go back and try the chocolate scone and some of their pastry items.

The food at this place was expensive and not as good as most influencers make it out to be on social media. The reception staff at the front was rude and clueless about the actual waiting time. They told us it would be a 2-hour wait, which was not realistic. After waiting for 2 hours (as they tell everyone), they informed us that it would be an additional 15 minutes, and then 20 minutes, and so on. We ended up waiting for more than 2 hours until we became exhausted and they offered us the option to sit at the bar since they did not know when the next table would become available. Although it's difficult to predict when people will finish eating and leave, I just wished they were more honest about the actual wait time.If you are interested in trying out this place, I would suggest making a reservation. It's not worth wasting your time waiting when there are many other good places in the city to choose from. I had a terrible experience and could not enjoy my food.

An Eggs Benedict with caviar is a uniquely special treat, it was absolutely delicious. However, I expected more out of the “baking company” side of the house. It was clear that half the dishes had been sitting getting cold while the other half were being prepared. The biscuits were cold where the opportunity to be fresh baked would have been ideal. Our grits also came out cold, like where the top of them has that kind of film like feeling because they’ve been out so long. The Blueberry Bellini was also just purple champagne … what also felt like a missed opportunity; it clearly came from a large jug vs. the advertised fresh puree. Staff is wonderful and vibe is great.

Food isn't good even if wasn't overcrowded and overpriced. We tried to go for lunch on a Friday without a reservation and were told the wait was 2 hours. We went back at dinner and were able to be seated at the bar.We tried the blueberry pancakes, chocolate chunk pancakes, fried green tomatoes, and bacon. Absolutely everything was a disappointment. Maple butter isn't good, we asked for regular syrup as did another group sitting at the bar. Fried green tomatoes taste like breaded nothingness. Bacon was half okay and half foul; horrible for $7 for 4 slices. The bartender was off-putting. When she asked if we wanted a box for the barely touched chocolate chunk pancakes we said we didn't like them. Her response is that "yeah, those are better" (referring to the blueberry ones). That was ever so enlightening and helpful, not even a sorry for a wasted $18 of worthless food. If you look at my pictures, that's $62 worth of food with a tip. This place deserves none of the hype it has.

Excellent brunch spot. Good service. Delicious food. I went for huevos rancheros but most people seemed to opt for pancakes!Got there at 08.45 for 9am opening and easily got a seat but they could improve the waiting system - two separate queues formed and this allowed multiple people to skip the line (nothing annoys a Londoner more!!)

The main problem with this establishment is the they tell you it’s 1 hour wait and take another 45 minutes extra before we get seated and mainly the front desk girl that had a lot of bad attitude when asked question about why things are delayed and we got rude answers. The food is good not gonna lie but there customer service is terrible and it’s the last time I would visit this establishment.

Clinton St was a great find for some lunch. The potato pancakes were excellent for a gluten free option (the apple sauce was incredible) and the biscuit (scone) was fantastic. The staff are busy but super friendly. There was a 25 minute wait as we were walk-ins, you can book reservations ahead of time, just not on the day.

Really good pancakes, soft and soft even if a little heavy to digest. Good American breakfast, rushed service and too chaotic place.
