I'll give 4 stars, just because there's no control over who's taking the tables outside. I noticed some people just on their laptops without ordering anything and was annoying wait to sit with our food ready.Now, onto the good stuff: we indulged in a variety of coffees, pastries, and, oh my, the sandwiches were wonderful! Great spot in the Upper West Side for all your morning needs. Good coffee, great breakfast sandwiches. Staff are very busy but efficient. Highly recommend their hot sauce (Wake Up Sauce). Should be a staple in your home fridge- Wish I lived in NYC so I could order some right now.

The maple cruller is fantastic! The maple cruller is on the sweet side so if you don't like overly sweet pastries, maple cruller will not be for you. I loved the avocado egg sandwich as well!
