“Had such an amazing time. Honestly this place deserves two Michelin stars. The service was tremendous. We were celebrating a friends graduation and everyone seemed to know. We did the vegetarian prefix and our friends had the normal menus. The vegetarian menu was fantastic and I never felt like I was getting a second class meal. Drinks were also top notch. Would recommend.“

“Los Tacos No.1 is an iconic spot in New York City. The tacos are really fantastic and fresh (though the pork may be a bit too salty for me). This counter order spot at the Chelsea Market gets very busy and popular during peak lunch times. There is not seating at the counter inside, but there are a number of tables outside (and if you walk west there are more, covered tables along the next street. The price is fine and the food is great - very much recommend if you are visiting the Market.“

“Generally not a fan of New York thin crust pizza, I thought Rubirosa was fantastic. The flavor of the pizza more than made up for the cracker-like crust. Everything on the menu looked so good. The people next to us ordered the lasagna for two and now I have to try it on my next visit. Be sure to make a reservation a week in advance!Dietary restrictions: Large selection of gluten free pizzas and pastas“

“Outrageously delicious food and drinks. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the creme brulee in a mug was surprisingly delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly balanced. We had the equivalent of a ham sandwich appetizer that was actually the best ham sandwich I have ever had. I don't know how to explain it.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“Speaking on behalf of the bakery, as someone who has somehow managed to sample almost everything at least once, this is the best bakery in NYC. While my Baba always wants a canoli, I enjoy their fruit tarts and their perfect cream. My father cannot go without a slice of the Sicilian Cheesecake and would buy the whole giant wheel if we let him. The assorted cookies (especially the rainbow cookies) and biscotti are also great. It is a must go if you are in the neighborhood and need a treat.Shout-out to the tiramisu cake we bought for my brother's birthday. Soaked in espresso, perfect marscapone layers and fresh lady fingers. They even did a quick writing job for us.Thank you for all the great treats!“

“Tried and true authentic sushi located in soho and comfortable yet small dining room That is warm and inviting. Friendly knowledgeable, service, and some Uber fresh fish make for a great lunch or dinner. Also a big fan of their miso soup and the hamachi Kama which is broiled yellowtail fish collar with sea salt.(think chicken of the sea!) really good price point and also a great selection of sake. Highly recommended from this diner.“

“I normally recommend this bakery to everyone. However, yesterday morning I went to your Brooklyn location to bring home bombalones for family. This morning the strawberry on top on one is literally covered in mold. This is absolutely unacceptable! Unfortunately I'm already back out of state so I can't even come back to get an exchange. I spent around $75 yesterday.... and I get MOLDY food.“

I was greatly surprised by the waiter Carlos, he is very kind and gentle, he made me feel welcome, he was very attentive, I recommend the place for Carlos' attention to me and for his coffee, people like him make you want to come back. Thank you very much Carlos for giving me this great experience!!!“

“I absolutely love these cookies. The line was down the block on a nice fall Saturday afternoon but it moved so fast. 15 minutes from start to finish. Amazing cookies, by far the most unique chocolate chip cookie. They are massive, 1 cookie is like having a large piece of cake with icing. They are not the “grab a handful” type of cookies. They are baked crisp on the outside and gooey melty in the middle- all the time every time! Extremely worth it!!“

“Had a girls night here. 5 of us, outside table, drinks and dinner before going out on Saturday. Definitely make a reservation. Drinks were average price for WV - 18. They were all excellent tasting (see note below though). Service was great - sirloin sandwich was delicious and well priced. We were not rushed out and vibes were great. We had a great time and I will be back. Note to the restaurant -- the espresso martini was great BUT please change the design, the coffee grounds on the top were cute but they ruin the drink halfway through and get in your teeth.“

“Before actually visiting Dante, I had featured them in an article on the low ABV revolution for Drinks International. Dante is a shining example of an industry shift towards lighter aperitivo-style drinking establishments. Inspired by their travels in Italy, the team wanted to promote the European style drinking experience to New Yorkers, accustomed to sipping Old Fashioneds, even before dinner. Original founder Naren Young says that customers often hang out for hours, sipping four of five of Dante’s sessionable drinks like the Garibaldi, Americano, Spritz or lighter versions of the Negroni.Dante is an Italian aperitivo hangout done well. Think Bar Termini but on a larger scale. A staff with positive energy, comforting natural lighting throughout the bar, and skilled and happy bartenders making a better rendition of the Garibaldi than in Italy. I had such a great experience at Dante that I was tempted to visit a second time the following morning before my flight back to Milano.“

“The fried chicken and musubis are some of the best in the city! The mochiko fried chicken is light, crispy, and juicy. It comes with two sauces - spicy mayo or soy glaze. Both sauces complement the chicken well. There are many options of musubis - my favorites were the galbi, yellowtail, scallop, and the spicy tuna tartare. The servers are very nice! We were going to celebrate a birthday and they wrote happy birthday on the menu which was such a sweet touch! The restaurant isn't that big but there are two sections to the restaurant so there are a decent amount of tables. There are many Polaroids on the wall. The prices do add up so the bill will end up being rather high. I would recommend skipping the Mentaiko spaghetti or the rices - the portions are rather small for the price.“

“I just had a great experience at Per Se! I was stopping by NYC for my work and personal trips on the East Coast. The server Eric learned about my interest in Michelin restaurants and surprised me with a tour of the kitchen afterwards. Both food and service are beyond my expectations. They gave me more deserts than I could handle and packed me enough desert for the week. Highly recommend to fellow foodies!“

“I've wanted to try gelato for the longest time but had no idea where to begin, especially given the abundance of options in NYC. Thankfully, I came across a fellow Yelp friend's glowing review of Figo and knew this was just the place. We came on a dreary day, and there were no customers when we arrived, but honestly, I was too excited to care. The interior was cute and green and gave major spring forest vibes. I did my research so I knew exactly what I wanted. My sister, on the other hand, contemplated between pistachio and caffè and ended up going with the latter. Their prices have risen slightly. It's now $7.50 (instead of $6) for a regular cup of gelato, with up to 2 flavors. The portions are huge though, so two people can easily share a cup. * Ferrero Rocher I was dead set on ordering this flavor, and it was everything I imagined it to be. Sweet, smooth, rich, and creamy, with blended Ferrero Rocher bits. I found an almost whole Ferrero Rocher piece at the bottom of my cup and loved the added crunch. * Caffè Absolutely divine and exactly how I like my coffee. This flavor perfectly balanced the sweet and creamy elements of gelato with the rich and subtle, bitter notes of dark roast coffee. Highly recommend!“

“Russ & Daughters is a busy and popular Jewish deli style location that has many fishes, bagels, and other deli goodies to take home. They have a famous "black and white" cookie that you can take with you. If you're coming in for just a baked good and not the fish options, you can normally talk to the guys behind the counter directly instead of taking a ticket and waiting in the usually long lines. They also have a cafe a couple blocks away in case you want to try their fares in a sit-down restaurant.“

“Best cookies I've ever had! Since they are so busy there's a good chance you'd get freshly baked, still slightly warm (the best?), crispy on the outside and melted chocolate pooling in the centre type of cookies. Definitely living up to their fame.Highly recommend chocolate walnut cookies:)“

“Really great sourdough baguette, I'm still thinking about it! I got the tahini spread and it went well with the baguette. “The restaurant is cozy, so expect to be close to others while eating. Their sushi, both raw and cooked, is really good, and if you see lobster tail on the menu, it's a must-have. “One of the best meals I’ve had in a VERY long time. Every dish was a 10. Exciting, innovative, yet still approachable and incredibly delicious. Still thinking about the seabass tartare and the mafaldine with king crab mmmmm. The team there is TOPS. “My two nieces and I popped in this morning on our way to the Natural History Museum. I’ll admit I was hesitant but thankfully I listened to my nieces! I had the avocado and eggs in a crepe, which was the best gluten-free sandwich I have ever had. Did not miss the bread at all. My 14 year old chose the Nutella crepe with banana and the 9 ounce Açaí bowl. Oldest selected one of the big bowls … it was a work of art. Highly recommend and we will be back on our next trip. All the best on your growth plans!“

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was both inviting and elegant, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by bartenders Quenta and Danny. Their professionalism and attentiveness elevated my visit to new heights. Their mastery of mixology was evident in every cocktail they crafted, each one a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Their genuine enthusiasm and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.I must also commend Giussepe, the manager, for his excellence and attentiveness. He ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. “Really beautiful space with lovely food and great service. I was expecting a bit more from the food tbh for the price (not sure what though because I have no real complaint but it wasn't spectacular other than the mixed fritter appetizer which was the best tempura I've ever had). “I was cast under the spell of consumerism and got the $15 cookie tin.As for the cookies themselves they are pretty good, a little on the sweet side and a touch overpriced. But when in New York, one must try Levain Bakery. Service was very friendly and fast, interior was quaint and perfect for your social media photoshoots. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again but who am I to turn down a warm chocolate chip cookie?“

“I was so tired so I grabbed the first thing I saw that looked familiar instead of reading the menu or checking out comments. It was beyond burger, which was delicious. After I ordered I saw crab cakes that looked yum, I wish I tried those too. They also had a bunch of desserts that looked good, but I can't eat that much at once. So if I'm ever back in New York I'm definitely coming there again. Service is really good, nice people working there, order ready fast! I definitely recommend this place.“

“I recently celebrated my birthday at Vic’s with a group of friends, and it was an absolutely fantastic dining experience from start to finish. The ambiance was lively yet intimate, setting the perfect tone for the evening. We started with the ARANCINI, which were fried to perfection and surprisingly light, with a delightful balance of lemon and fontina cheese. The VODKA pizza was special, featuring unique toppings like guanciale and marjoram that perfectly complemented the gooey fontina cheese. The MAFALDINE pasta was a revelation, with its inventive combination of pistachio, chive, and bread crumbs creating a symphony of flavors and textures unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. And of course, the CHITARRA pasta with lobster and spicy tomato sauce was fresh and indulgent. To top it all off, the TIRAMISU dessert was the perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. “I enjoyed the avocado toast, with two fried eggs (extra) (they don't do poached). Nothing fancy, nothing catchy. When it came out I prejudged and was thinking, oh hmm, this might not be good. But overall the avocado and the eggs were good enough for a 4⭐, and I think the two things that helped to push it over the edge to 5⭐ were the bread and the pickled peppers. In particular the pickled peppers added a little bit of sweetness and a little kick. Pleasant surprise.Matcha latte was reasonable and not remarkable -- lacking in latte art but slightly making up for it in portion. Also, could have been sifted/whisked some more because there were lumpy chunks at the bottom. Nevertheless I won't let this pull down the 5⭐ for food.~10am on a rainy Sunday morning but the place was almost full. And there was a robust pickup / delivery business.“

“Today, we stopped in to sample our first slice of NYC pizza. The gentlemen behind the counter quickly made us feel at home and not like the tourist from Kentucky who were aimlessly wandering Little Italy trying different foods. The building may be small, but the food is authentic. We opted for a large slice with fresh mozzarella, basil, and a crisp thin crust. Folks it was delish! “If you've been around NYC and vegetarian, you have almost definitely heard of Dirt Candy. It's the epitome of vegetarian fine dining in NYC.I will preface my review by stating that I have not grown up in the fine dining realm; there is probably some level of "appreciation" that I lack. That being said, the food here is great. Presentation, creativity, flavor experience are all on point. However, I couldn't justify the price for the food. I think if you are very curious and want to knock it off your bucket list OR you are someone into fine dining then this is perfect. Otherwise, there are restaurants that I think you get much better bang for your buck for in NYC.“
