Los Tacos No.1 is an iconic spot in New York City. The tacos are really fantastic and fresh (though the pork may be a bit too salty for me). This counter order spot at the Chelsea Market gets very busy and popular during peak lunch times. There is not seating at the counter inside, but there are a number of tables outside (and if you walk west there are more, covered tables along the next street. Awesome tacos (best I’ve had so far in NYC) and quick service. There is always a line but they get your food quick so the line moves fast. Just make sure you don’t miss where the pico and radishes are. Got Al pastor, carne asada, and chicken tacos, chips and guac, and horchata. I’d say carne asada taco overall is the best - both my wife and I felt this way but all of them are good.
