On Sunday October, 20 2018 at 7:47pm I placed an order for a pan pizza and boneless chicken totaling $20.11 . After waiting more than 5 hours and not being able to get through to the store on the phone, my son and I went to bed hungry. I NEVER recieved my order so the next day I tried calling the store again. Only to be on hold for 30 minutes and be told my order was canceled and I'd get my refund back to my account in 2-3 business days. I'm writing this email today, on the 4th business and I still haven't gotten my money back. I dont understand how a business so successful allows people to pay their hard earned money and never give them what they paid for. This isnt the first time I've had an issue with this location but this will probably be my last time being a customer because I definitely feel robbed.
