Although Hell’s Kitchen is full of outstanding restaurants, Hudson bagel is certainly one of the most precious pearls. Many local residents regard it as their own kitchen, not only because the fresh and tasty food at reasonable prices, but also because their attentive and warm service. If you want to try authentic bagels and be infected with their brightly smiles to bring you a wonderful experience, It has to be Hudson Bagel.
Lox sandwich with scallion cream cheese was so yummy. My son got a plain bagel and vegetable cream cheese and he enjoyed it as well. Friendly staffs. Clean restaurant. It was not too busy when we went Friday morning.

I wish I could physically crawl inside the H2 (sub pepper Jack for cheddar and add hashbrowns on a garlic bagel trust?) and spend the rest of my days engulfed by this beautiful sandwich. It costs $15 which makes me sad sometimes but then I have my first bite and I remember money is a social construct. If you are lucky enough to experience this sandwich, know that you have lived your life to the fullest.
