“This sushi restaurant left a deep impression on me. Their sushi is delicious and soft and glutinous, which gives me an endless aftertaste. At the same time, their production process is excellent, and each sushi is carefully made and matched, will come back for sure.“

“This was hands down one of my best dining experiences in recent memory. My friend and I came here to celebrate our recent birthdays. We had no idea that it was a vegan restaurant, but it didn't matter because the food was beyond amazing; the atmosphere and decor were great (LOVE those little minimalist Italian-designed lamps on the tables); and the service was the best I've experienced in years! Full disclosure: I'm a bit of a carnivore, but their udon shitake special is nothing short of heavenly. My friend had the raw sampler platter and also enjoyed it immensely (we should have taken photos). We enjoyed freshly-made sangria with our meal, courtesy of our server, Enrique. He was a revelation, with such a great sense of humor that we were laughing like old friends, plus he told us there's live music later in the evening. They're definitely getting a return visit!!“

“My wife and I ate here a few years ago and wanted to return with our daughter; for a Friday night the restaurant was quite, not many patrons for such a large restaurant and I was concerned that perhaps the experience wouldn’t live up to expectations.Boy, was I wrong…we had the chef’s menu which is served family style and represents a full portion of the best dishes offered. It was excellent, the oysters were clean and fresh, the sashimi and crudo used local fluke, wow!Octopus with mozzarella, salad with squid, arugula salad, lobster pasta, bass….if you want a seafood/fish meal that just stands out in flavor, spice, freshness and pure joy, go to The Fulton.PS….the wines are reasonable, wide selection and the wait staff are knowledgeable!“

“Amazing refined sugar cakes with super high quality ingredients. They also offer special flavors with fruits in season. I've ordered cakes from them a few times for birthday and parties. Everyone always loved it. The moo ice cream pie is also a nice treat, not too sweet (they use agave as sweetener mostly).“

“Great food and ambience and truly exceptional service! They didn't have the beer I wanted from their menu, and the manager went to get one from a nearby place, complimentary. That's what I call service!! Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Probably the only Irish pub that has amazing oysters! It's across the street from Madison Square Garden. Great seafood, burgers and of course traditional Irish fare (Shepherds Pie, Fish & Chips, etc). The Lobster Bisque is to die for, but only served on weekdays. Fun fact: this place used to be underground in Penn Station, so you could grab a pint waiting for your train. Same train-theme persists though now at street level.“

“Came here recently for happy hour and they did not disappoint. Bar had great views of the water and drinks were reasonably priced and really good. Margs were consistent every time and decent selection of beers on tap. Will definitely make a point to visit in the summer “

“Minka is now one of my favorite restaurants in NJ. The price is on the higher side for how small the portions are. We got seven dishes for three people and were satisfied. Every dish was delicious but my favorite definitely were the raw oysters with Uni. When the waitress asked if we wanted Uni for an extra $18 we couldn't resist and I'm glad we did go with the Uni. The Donburi were also good but the tuna was definitely better than the salmon and ikura. I felt that the rice to fish ratio was also off in the Donburi. There wasn't enough fish for all the rice that was in the bowl. The Yakitori were both cooked very well and tender with just the right amount of flavoring. The shishito peppers were also a great addition to the meal. Some were really spicy while others were not. I love that this place is also BYOB! And the restaurant is fairly quiet with not too many people. I loved the ambiance and would like to come back to try some of the other items on the menu.“

“As we were greeted as soon as we came in by a very lovely lady at the front counter, we were immediately seated with the waiter, coming out very promptly and taking care of every knee. As soon as something was finished it was removed as soon as you needed something they were right there some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life. It’s hard to find and the food is absolutely amazing. Is one of the best nights I’ve had out at dinner and well over a year year.“

“Seafood mixer had a wonderful variety of fresh seafood and vegetables to select from. They have so many options, like steaming or bringing your seafood home to cook yourself. I am a repeat customer and the food is always on point, the staff is consistently pleasant & friendly! The service is perfect! Food not over seasoned! The restaurant is always CLEAN! I have yet to have a bad experience. They also catered an event I had and my guest were so pleased with how good the food taste they can see the freshness! Again, seafood mixer is AMAZING! it's my families favorite place to eat.“

“It’s a pricy place, but the smoothies and juices here are good. It’s become my go to place in Hoboken because their products are fresher than other similar places. There are enough good options here that I rarely get the same thing two times in a row. The rewards system is worth signing up for.“

“My boyfriend and I went there on a Sunday around 4:30 pm. I made reservations earlier the same day which weren't really necessary as it wasn't busy. We ordered our drinks and the waiter explained everything pretty thoroughly as it was my partners first time. The food was amazing, the only thing is that we didnt get the best filled pieces but it still tasted amazing. We got the king crab and the snow crab legs in their Cajon blend, mild w/ potatoes and 1 corn each. Great meal and the drinks were good as well. It is a cash only venue, the ATM avaliable does charge a percentage to take money out and there is a 20% service fee that's tacked on to the bill. I didn't see any signs about it and may have missed that on the menu but I assumed that 20% was including the tip. If it's not management should be more clear about that. Good vibes though.“
“Stopped in for a smoothie & ended up also buying a wheatgrass shot & several healthy desserts. Smoothie was delicious and I was able to customize mine which I like. My only feedback to the owners is to put up a full list of all available ingredients for custom smoothies. Otherwise, great quality, selection & service.“

“Good. Maybe coming back next time. I think I might need to compare it with H mart, but generally we had a good experience. They even gave us different types of Korean sauces including the hot chili sauce. Happy to have this place in USA.(아쉬운 점은 연어회덮밥에 연어회가 좀 많이 부족했어요 ?)“

“I had heard many praises of Fish Cheeks, so we made it our first stop in NYC last summer. We overlapped with happy hour so were able to get cheaper oysters and cocktails. The restaurant was bustling at 5pm on a Wednesday. The free shrimp crackers were tasty. The oysters were $18 for a dozen for happy hour. The oysters were not the best I've had, but they were decent and I enjoyed the Vietnamese toppings. The tongue and cheek cocktail was $11, normally $17. It was quite strong and had a nice lychee flavor. Definitely worth it for the happy hour price. The shrimp in 3 crab sauce was like a ceviche with the flavors of a spring roll. It was good but lacking some dimension. It was mostly sour, spicy, and soft, but could've used some crunch and savory. The calamari was mid, pretty thick breading and sweet sauce. The Zabb wings had a tangy powdered seasoning. They were pretty good but not amazing. The Prawn Karee had tasty gravy sauce. The prawns were big but there were 3 and they were a bit overcooked. The sauce was better than the prawns. The pork belly krapow had a good crispy texture. It was maybe a bit too salty, but overall I did like this dish. The steamed fish had a similar seasoning to the shrimp in 3 crab sauce. It was quite acidic -- could be more savory and spicy for my tastes. The fish was tender.Overall, I enjoyed trying a variety of dishes. The happy hour menu is worth it. Most of the dishes felt a bit one dimensional in flavor and could've packed a stronger punch, but I'm also just not a big fan of these types of flavors in general. I was glad most of it was not overly sweet, though! The restaurant is very pleasant and the service is good.“
