Charged me $100 cancellation fee even after I cancelled in the early morning for a dinner reservation.

Excellent dinner! The dinner was divine. Everything we ordered was super fresh and tasted so good. The famous steak a poivre truly is unparalleled here, and the steak tartar was so fresh. The truffle risotto with the chicken is a must try. The dessert was also really good. The atmosphere is super funky with old school music, a black tiled ceiling and provocative art hanging everywhere. The service was superb.

In a city that’s constantly changing, I really appreciated the traditional vibe of Raoul’s. The burger and the pancake were very good.

Terrine fois gras served with no brad, an additional 9 dolars for it. Carbonara pasta was a ridiculous amount, i finished in 3 bites. Definitely not worth it. Maybe the other plates are better. Very disappointed with those meals.

Booked a month in advance, with very high expectations, which were partly disappointed. The place is gorgeous, although maybe they could turn down the volume on the music. The service was good, they were quite kind and nice. I strongly advise against the artichoke, it was hard and raw, but perhaps Americans or French like to eat it like that! The meat on the other hand was stellar while the desserts were average. Excessively expensive.

Never experienced more rude service than here. From being seated till plates up. Feels like you’ve offended everyone who works there before you even got there . Honestly quite mind blowing. In terms of food - I only had fries and they were fine

Came here right as they opened and snagged a bar seat - saw many others join the waitlist so be wary if you don’t have a reservation. Burger is off menu but definitely worth the hype, especially if you have it with their sauce. Fries are addictive and they make a decent highball. Overall worthy NY establishment!

A snooty member of Raoul's restaurant decided to cancel my reservation 4 hours prior to. They said I cannot attend their restaurant because I was a no-show two times prior to this reservation. Very juvenile and utterly discriminatory of them to try to take revenge on a confirmed patron 4 hours prior to their reservation. I am diligent on canceling reservations via text. Perhaps I did forget, who knows? C'est la vie! If cancellations are such a huge burden, then apply a no-show fee. Your actions today were cheap and rude! Shame on you.

Went for a late (10:45pm) dinner with my wife and absolutely loved it. Great vibe, lovely service, and incredible food and cocktails.I used to live in Paris, and the steak frites here go toe-to-toe with the best I’ve had there. Their take on Carbonara is also delicious.Loved it! Worth the price for a great experience.

If you don’t have a reservation the wait list is long (can be even 3 hours). Besides that that place is majestic. Beautiful spot with great bartenders who add to the experience and the noise of people talking and having a good time. The food is great. Every dish was delicious. The steak frites is the best I had in the city. The roasted chicken surprised me by how good it was. The stew was amazing as well.

I had a very bad expereince with four of my friends on Saturday night. We were excited to get the burger but turns out there are only 12 a night and only able to order when seated at the bar (...LIKE WHAT!?). First red flag. Second, we walk in at 5:15pm and get seated at a table, we order 5 martinis, two orders of fries, and dozen oysters (only half come) and the hostess comes over and tells us the tables are for dinner only and if we aren't ordering dinner we are not allowed. I understand places have rules but they should tell you this before you sit down. This made us feel very unwelcome. We went from sipping our martinis to gulping them and the staff kept coming over to ask if we were done. In all, we will never be back and I hope no one else expereinces that feeling of being unwelcome.

Burger was totally worth the hype. It is on the more pepper side. I booked a brunch reservation (since the Raoul's Burger Au Poivre is unlimited). The French fries are great. Would go back in a heartbeat
