Excellent statehouse experience. Porterhouse had a vivid and well-defined crust. It went through a conveyor belt, with a high heat impact on both sides for three minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the cajun ribeye. Hint of spices I would not typically wanna see on a ribeye was refreshing. I have never eaten at the branch in Taiwan, so this is my first time in New York. Overall, the atmosphere is pretty good. The T-bone steak is quite good and the aroma is overflowing as soon as it is served. The price is on the high side, but if you want to experience it once, I still recommend it. The disadvantage is that the service is mediocre (basically no service). Maybe the two Asians like us don't order a lot, so we don't feel much care or detail in the service.

Amazing steak! This was one of the best steaks I've had; I loved it. In addition to the food, the service was excellent. The waiter was very quick and attentive. The cocktails tasted good. I recommend trying the cheesecake as well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to any of my friends.
