When I arrived, there was a group of tourists ahead of me, and the staff did a great job and addressing everyone's needs and orders. He was very hospitable and accommodating.Both he and his coworker alternated between one of the group members and the people who were on the line so that everyone didn't have to wait too long. However I am a person that is big on service. Today was a rainy day and all I wanted was a soup. I was told by Mike (an expert sandwich maker) with a very friendly smile they don't have them anymore. I was disappointed, he offer me other things but I wasn't that hungry. Instead of me just walking out he offered me a cookie, told me to visit them again and I absolutely will. “I was never the biggest fan of Subway where I would go there religiously, but lately, a deal has caught my eye. A BOGO deal! That's right! Buy one, get one free subway footlong. I've seen these deals appear now and then, and never really bothered until now. You do have to order online or through the Subway app to get this deal though. I started working in the area and admit that the Subway deal is amazing. It's affordable compared to any meal you can get in NYC. I always place the order in advance and then stop by to pick it up later around my lunch break. My order is always ready and handed to me without waiting in line (especially during lunchtime). Even without the deal, I would still get the cheaper sandwiches ($12 footlong and less), but the deal makes it so much better. I've ordered: #15 Titan Turkey: A delicious, reliable turkey footlong that to be honest is probably bigger than most sandwiches you can get in the area. Tuna: A good amount of tuna and it still tasted good when I ate it the next day (I did keep it in the office fridge once I bought it). Steak & Cheese: Meaty and a decent cheese steak sandwich. A generous portion size, too. I also didn't feel disgusting or oily after eating such a large steak cheese sandwich. Location-wise: Inside it looks fine. Clean and a bit dark -- with a dimly lit light. It's also hard to find since the address on Google Maps does lead you to an office building instead of the actual store. PLEASE correct this Subway, Yelp, or Google! Will be back again sometime soon.“

I don't know if they have a new formula because it's been a while since I've visited or if the cookie was stale, but I was ticked off. I bit into it still, and it just did not give me that euphoric soft cookie experience I needed. I tried one of the chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't as hard as the oatmeal raisin, but it wasn't as soft as usual either.Lesson learned: taste test before walking away is mandatory! I would've marched right back in that store if I found out earlier that the cookies were sub par.“

“I've been here many times, and go to college nearby. This place isn't the best spot to go to if you're planning on sitting while having lunch during busy hours. The rush can get incredible but if you're there during non rush hours, it's delightful. They have adequate seating (~7 tables). The people here are amazing, I've grown to have personal connection with them even though I see them twice or thrice a month. They aren't stingy with meats or vegetables, and I have yet to have a complain about burnt bread (it has happened at other Subway's). Meal add ons (chips or cookies and drink) is a must have with your subs, especially since fountain drinks do have unlimited drinks, provided you bought the cup with your purchase. Lastly, this is a super casual restaurant, and serves the same menu items as standard Subways. They are almost never out of most items, and personally I've never had a problem with an unavailable food item. Cleanliness hasn't been an issue for the most part, there would have been a time or two that there was a lot of garbage left behind. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant especially if you're looking for healthy-ish fast food on the go.“
