“I enjoyed their burger which tasted fresh. Their fries were nice and crispy. We were able to split a small order of fries between 2 people. The service was great. Seating is limited. I wouldn’t agree that they have the best burger in NYC but it was still good.“

“The food is delicious. You can get small order, which is really small or you can get the large which is basically getting a regular size container of Chinese food. You can have chicken, duck or pork. All the meats are cooked to perfection. Great taste not too salty, portion sizes are good and it comes with cabbage or some leafy vegetable. The interesting part is the line. Regardless the weather or time of day, expect to wait in a line. Depending on the time of day, it could be a 20 people in front of you line or 30 people. Bring cash. They only take cash and there's no ATM inside. The price is also good for what you're getting. Quality food at an affordable price. There's the neighborhood, the people you may meet while waiting in line and some good Chinese food. Wah Fung is #1.“

“I liked the ordering with kiosk option where you could view pictures and customize your orders easily. I chose the Koba bowl. The portion size shocked me! My bowl looked like a mountain. It was satisfying to have that much food and a variety of stuff in only one bowl. Both food and service were amazing! With any order it also comes with a Korean snack of your choice.“

If it wasn’t for a recommendation, we wouldn’t have thought to stop by for their delicious homemade kimbap/gimbap and unique “buns”.Mr. Shin and his wife were so hospitable, especially for a small snack shop. They complimented us on our chopstick work (because they often tell people to eat the kimbap with one bite), asked where we were from, and told us their story of coming to New York and creating special presses for their Statue of Liberty buns. The kimbap was special, for me it’s the fact that they come handmade and don’t sit premade in a case in the front. Because of that, the rice is warm, the sesame oil is fragrant, and the vegetables are soft and fresh. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends passing through.“

“My wife and I visited Handcraft Burgers and Brews for my birthday this past weekend. As soon as my wife opened the menu she knew that I was going to have to try the burger of the month which was a peanut butter and grape jelly topped hamburger with jalapenos, bacon and cheese. Admittedly I have never had peanut butter and jelly on a burger before but I figured I would try something new and see what all of the hype was about. Turns out, I loved it! Every bite was so flavorful and completely made my birthday lunch a worthwhile venture! We also tried the tater tots, because who doesn't love a good tater tot. We could have chosen from multiple dipping sauces but we decided to go with the garlic aioli and I am glad we did. I dipped each of my tater tots in the sauce and there was plenty for both of us to share. We were helped by Vanessa at the restaurant and she was very accommodating when I was having trouble using a coupon that I had for my birthday. All in all this was a wonderful choice for my birthday lunch and when we are in the area again I would definitely stop by and perhaps try the latest burger of the month along with some tater tots and garlic aioli dipping sauce of course!“

“This spot reminds me of the good ol' days when ice cream was still creamy and the cone took a good 15 minutes to finish! We also got an egg cream which the lady was so excited to make. “The guys here at great. Honestly fin, Philly and Eric are so cool and their energy really makes you feel like getting hype during the day. Food is awesome too. Word on the street is that the burger is the best on the block. The sauces are hit or miss depending on what you get. I recommend the queso because it's like old school movie nacho cheese, the Chipotle or the house ranch. “Celebrated my son's 35th birthday here. The owner was wonderful, very friendly and made the bday celebration more special. We enjoyed the seafood boils, calamari, hush puppies, and fish and chips. Special sauce was delicious and if you like spicy don't worry that extra spicy is too hot. Highly recommend!“

The Buffalo wings are amazing. if I had any issues it's that the soda is by the can, I'd prefer a bottle or fountain. 12 oz just isn't enough. and best of all, for NYC it is more than reasonably priced.“

We got the bulgogi rice bowl and a make your own bowl with fried chicken. Both had generous heaping portions of meat. I would say my appetite is fairly large and I couldn't even finish half of my bowl! The bulgogi was tender and juicy, and the vegetables that came with my bowl were delicious. The make your own bowl was also phenomenal! The cucumber kimchi and pickled turnips were some of my favorites. Our cashier was really helpful in helping us decide what to get bc it's our first time here. She said the thigh meat was better in the sandwich and indeed it was one of the best chickens I have ever had. It was so crispy but so tender on the inside. Loved the sandwiches so much bc it was full of Indian spices too! The mango lassi was amazing, definitely comparable to any sit-down Indian restaurant. We also had a hard time deciding what sauce to get and she gave us a complimentary sauce in addition to the one we bought, so we got to try both sesame yogurt and mint chutney, which were both delicious! “I've been ordering from this location for months since they opened, their chicken is crisp on the outside, so juicy on the inside and the seasoning consistantly surpasses any other chicken I've had. I've shared it with friends and colleagues. Today I experienced something even better. I placed a delivery order at work and when I got home to have this wonderful meal, my order was wrong, I like dark meat, they sent me white. I went on their website and left a complaint of my disappointment no less than 10 minutes, the store manager, Alexis called me to apologize and asked how could he fix this for me. “As someone who lived in Germany and who’s favorite street food was Döner, I was very skeptical about this place claiming “Berliner Döner” taste. BUT this place positively surprised me! The bread was fresh, tasty and had right thickness. They add the right sauces - red (hot) and white (garlic/sour cream). Meat tasted really good too - fresh and flavorful. Overall delicious döner - very close to authentic one from Berlin!“

“Carol's Bun is a hidden gem in Chinatown. It's a small hole in the wall shop that's a great lunch/dinner takeout spot. They have a good variety of different Cantonese dishes and prices are very reasonable. I've gotten food from here several times, along with ordering specialty dishes like their soft shell crab and it's delicious. Every time I come, I have to order some of their freezer items to bring home too! Some of my favorite freezer things to get from here are their stews - curry beef brisket, lamb, oxtail. All delicious.“
