Absolute best meal of my life. Personalized, Attentive unique and curated so perfectly! Chef tony is simply amazing!
This restaurant opened a couple weeks ago, right next to the Baccarat Hotel ground floor! I have tried many Omakase places, but the chef Anthony Inn served dishes I have never tried. Presentation, Balanced flavor, Texture, Aroma, Execution, all there! Taru has everything from Omakase, Cooked Dishes, and Fantastic Dessert Selections. The Pastry Chef Natsume Aoi is perfection! Her deserts are must try! Also, there's a beautiful bar at the front with a great selection of cocktails, wine, sake, and scotch! The staff is attentive, and I loved the real bonsai tree in the center. I would highly recommend it, so definitely try it!
