“This place get packed easily due to the good and tasty food they provide.Amazing to see the big selection they have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe they are the only one that offers a self service buffet breakfast. If you have been there for breakfast yet you missing out.A family business that have been in Astoria for years serving the community and making us Brazilian happy.“

“Great local spot. Was my first time trying casual Brazilian food so didn't know what to expect. I ordered: -cheese and beef empanada (7.5/10); these were good. The shells were crispy and had good flavor to them, but they were quite oily. -Brazilian cheese balls (9/10); exceeded my expectations, I really liked how the middle was chewy and mochi-like. they taste even better with the green sauce, but def can feel flavor fatigue after having a couple. -pineapple burger (8/10); solid burger, especially for $10. I liked the tartness of the pineapple against the beef and ham. -Brazilian sausage platter (7.5/10); the beans and rice were great. the sausage reminds me of a firmer, sweeter hotdog. the meat with the veggies and rice and sauce are really flavorful. -strawberry and condensed milk smoothie (8/10); this was solid, loved that there was a natural strawberry taste. It's a small place, just 3 tables. Parking was pretty easy on a weekday night. Bathroom could use a touch up“

“I had a phenomenal experience at Beija Flor!! Not only was food fantastic--it's legit, coming from a Brazilian--but service was outstanding. We went in on a Saturday night, after 11pm, and everyone who served us was doing everything they could to get my group of 7 seated and taken care of. Special shout out to Cicero who went above and beyond and was our hero of the night. For food, I would recommend the salgadinhos and yucca fries as appetizers, and the picanha and feijoada as entrees.Party was ON inside with a live band and DJ playing pagode and samba. Felt like I was back home. All this to say, we'll be coming back!“

“The açaí bowls remind me of how açaí should taste and how it used to taste before it became overly commercialized. The staff is always friendly. The space is very clean. The paninis are so good! When I work in Manhattan, I miss my Astoria location. I'm glad they moved in.“

“My husband discovered this restaurant this morning and he and I went there for dinner that same evening. We had the Carnitas which were absolutely delicious. The Chicken Wings were also delicious and crispy, so was the Sangria. There are Portuguese Dishes that we are yet to try. The Family and Employees are welcoming and friendly.“

“Love coming here for lunch, fresh meats from the rotisserie cut on sight to your choosing. The prices are reasonable as the food is set up in a buffet style where you pay per pound. I spent 30$ including a drink, highly recommend the top sirloin, unbeatable in flavor. May have to wait til 12 if you come at opening time and prefer well done, I had mine at medium. I love their potato salad, maduros, and spinach lasagna. They have fresh fruits and salads as well. The atmosphere is casual and cozy and not pretentious or uncomfortable, so I enjoy dining in. Great place to go to and close to subway.“
“Went the other evening with a group of friends and we had a fantastic time. Great assortment of food, superb service by the staff, and a nice ambiance. The meats tasted great and the side dishes complemented them well. Also can’t say enough about how good that pineapple was - worth going here just for that.A lot of these types of establishments will try to cheap out on how much they serve but we were treated to a true all you can eat experience. At a certain point we needed to ask the waiters to stop because we were all too full.In short we had a fantastic time and we definitely plan on going back.“

“I had a business meeting with 14 people and they provided easy HDMI hookup for my laptop. They were very accommodating and provided drinks and bread during my presentation. Once I finished I gave Karen, the best waitress I’ve had the privilege to meet, the nod and she explained how the salad bar, green/red indicator for meats to keep it coming. Karen was vigilant and anticipated our every want and was incredibly accommodating. We had extra guests, she got another table added without fuss or disruption. Provided extra clean plates before we knew we needed one. The beverages kept coming without asking. Karen was just fabulous and incredible. Fogo de Chao needs to make her a trainer, manager or something cause she has incredible talent that can’t be wasted.“

“Very good but my main advice is don't go overboard on whatever meats they have on the buffet. Behind a counter they got a whole smoking setup with absolutely tons of meat. Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT but i ended up biting off more than i could chew, literally.“
